I had an issue with the balancing of the arrangement and I called the location and the girls immediately corrected the issue and were very accommodating. They were very kind and understanding to my request.

I have used Bice's for at least 30 years to send flowers on Vallentine's Day and wedding anniversaries. I have always been pleased with the flowers and more importantly so had my wife. I Will continue to use Bice's.
