I appreciate Natalia's prompt response,& solution to a delivery date issue I was having. The beautiful,& fragrant arrangement arrived, & brightened the hospital stay for my Aunt. I'm so glad that Bices is still around, with the quality I've come to appreciate, after all these years Thank you.

I do not like this . It looks like nothing like what I ordered . I payed a lot of money , there are no hydrangeas, there are sunflowers , some roses are open & closed , the vase is tacky , it's more yellow then white . I'm am absolutely not okay with this
