The flowers are great!

Very pleased with the beautiful rose, mum, carnation, delphinium arrangement, along with charming white container with gold ribbon & bumble bee decor. The only issue was flowers were not well protected or covered. I was away for the night, and could not bring flowers in until mid-day on the following day. That said, flowers still look pretty good on the third day. Thank you!

The arrangement was okay.

My flowers came and were beautiful. However two days later they were drying up and did not look fresh at all.

Flower arrangement was beautiful. However, delivery driver was very rude. I was unaware flowers were getting sent to my home and when she called me, I was confused and didn't know what was going on. I was trying to direct her to my apartment number and she got irritated and hung up on me. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Terrible: I was contacted at 11:45 am you were in your way. I waited and you arrived at 5:30 The few roses are dead in less than 3 days. The vase had partial water. When it arrived. Some of the flowers did not have water for however long it was. I will not recommend your company.

Bruenick, the delivery driver wonderful. Very good communication with florist and driver. I did not personally see the arrangement but pics look nice. Will give an excellent review all around.

The flowers are beautiful and have stayed fresh for almost two weeks - some even longer! 5 stars

I really enjoy getting my flowers every month. Sometimes the time delivered is not convenient because I'm out of town. A heads up a day before would be great. Also, it would be nice to get more variety in the flowers during seasonal times. Some of the arrangements look similar every month. Those are just to suggestions, but overall I'm placed.

No it was not what I ordered and it was very important that there were sunflowers in the bouquet You literally sent what ever you had I wasted my money It was so upsetting Will not use this company again

Loved the communication about delivery timing!

Terrible. Not at all what my husband ordered for me. He showed me the deluxe version which was beautiful and had zero cheap carnations. What I got was pretty disappointing and the flowers died in about 4 days. I've had flowers from Jewel last for two weeks.
