just a beautiful arrangement

I wish I could give zero stars. It was a piece of junk. The leaves were brown and one of the roses popped off as I moved it from my front steps to inside my house. All of the flowers were wilted as if the arrangement was already 5 days old. Absolutely awful. I've never received such a horrible arrangement before that I know my aunt spent a fortune on. You are the worst florist I've ever seen. Your company is a complete scam and you shouldn't be in business

I received a beautiful arrangement today and truly appreciated the thoughtful text updates regarding the delivery. Since I wasn't home, the delivery person took the extra care to leave the flowers in a discreet, shaded area away from direct sunlight. Top-notch customer service from start to finish!

The most beautiful bouquet I've ever seen. As of this date: 8/21 there is not one wilted flower.

The flowers were unfortunately subpar. Several of the flowers arrived crushed, and the tips of the rose petals were already brown. More disappointing, they were simply handed to me in the vase with no packaging or protection whatsoever. It was like someone threw the flowers together in a vase and that was that. When you order from a florist, the expectation is that you're getting something fresher, more beautiful, and thoughtfully presented than what you could pick up at a grocery store. That's what you're paying the premium for. Unfortunately, these flowers did not meet that expectation

I was thrilled. It was my first day of school. They were from my daughter that at the time was in Taiwan. The flower arrangement was lovely. The delivery person texted me, and asked if I left before 4:00, he had a delivery. I said I leave at 3:30. He head it to me by 3:15! Thank you!!

I was a little disappointed. The flowers and a balloon was sent for a 60th birthday. The flowers were nice but disappointed in the balloon. I ordered a happy birthday balloon and received a “You're so special “balloon with big heart on it. That was not the balloon that was ordered. I ordered a birthday balloon

As you can see in your picture 3 of the flowers ( beige rose ( brown on the edges at delivery ) and one of the red were dead completely in less than 2 days …. And one of the carnations which is surprising was pretty well wilted on day 2 … By Sunday day 3 all the roses were bad …. I took a picture … I'm sorry very disappointing…. It's day 5 all that's left is some purple and a carnation 😞 Sorry
