Horrible never arrived never use your business establishment ever again

I think a phone call before delivering would work better. I've been in Chicago dealing with an estate. I tried calling and texting the first delivery person. No response and couldn't leave a voicemail, his voicemail wasn't set up. So I left a container with a note to leave the arrangement which your 2nd delivery person did. The arrangement is beautiful. Thank you.

The flowers arrived beautifully and is a very nice arrangements. However it's only been 2 days and there are 4 flowers dying from a large beautiful strangely in a vase. It must have been a very expensive arrangement for roses to die in the third day, sad.

Recipient reported multiple stems were broken, flowers already wilting 3-4 days later. Late delivery not on the date promised, didn't leave a note to coordinate delivery after supposed multiple attempts.

Beautiful flowers and arrangement

The Flowers I was delivered was great.The arrangement was just perfect and delivered on time it's nothing else to say but Outstanding job Please stay on top of it!!!!!!!!!

After three days they've already withered and are dropping

No I was not happy with the order, it was nothing like the photo nor the colors of the flowers I pick out from the website. The I was charged $10 more than the price online and the was not the delivery price either.

I have not had these flowers a week yet, only 4 days and they are withering and dying. I've watered them and put them near a window for light and they are wilted and falling apart. They were a gift from a friend of mine and I'm so sad.

The flowers are lovely. It's a beautiful, fresh arrangement. More communication about delivery is needed. I tried texting and calling to get info on delivery time. No text replies and voicemail was not returned. Added stress to what was supposed to be a birthday treat.
