The flowers were beautiful on arrival❤️. The roses and pine did not last long because of the tight fitting green foam—they were deprived of water. I soaked the arrangement in water but it didn't help. Still I enjoy flowers from your shop.

The flowers were very pretty but the flowers were not packed for delivery. There was nothing around the base of the flowers and no paper around the flowers to protect them during delivery in the frigid cold weather. They were completely exposed no base to keep level or protect them in transit from other arrangements in their delivery. Never received flowers before with no paper or anything around them to protect them from a florist delivery. The delivery person did call to say they could be left out in cold.

While these are very beautiful they come no where near what I had ordered. This is all carnations. What I thought I was getting was supposed to be red roses and red mini carnations. The only thing that resembles what I thought I was ordering is the shape. I urge you to have your designers read the description and look at the picture from the website that the order came from.

I was surprised and happy to get a call about a flower delivery on my phone. They waited at the front gate to be able to hand deliver it to me which was very courteous since it was snowing outside and the paper card would've ruined outside, so I appreciated the care to wait to hand it to me. The flowers are in a beautiful arrangement, like a winter style, the pine cones are a cute touch. I was very pleased to see it in a vase already with water and a packet of flower food so I was able to enjoy them right away.
