The flowers were placed in a general location within a corporate building with food orders. They were just left there with no type of covering, just flowers in a vase. There was an actual floor listed on the delivery so that they could be delivered to an actual person. Thankfully no one stole the flowers.

The flower arrangement was beautiful. My only complaint is the delivery service did not notify me that I had flowers delivered. It was left in the lobby of my condo.

The arrangement is beautiful, however, it was left outside overnight at a different unit from mine. If was just by chance that I saw it in the morning. The unit letter was not included with the street number. I would have expected the delivery person to contact you to get clarification when they saw that there were multiple units—A, B, C, D, E, F. I live at B; it was left at F. The mums held up beautifully, but the roses were quite droopy.

Disappointed in quality of flowers. The white mums were wilty and 2 out of the four pink roses had lots of spots on them. One already crashed.

Flowers seemed nice but I was disappointed in the delivery time. It was noted that this was a place of business yet the delivery took place after 5pm. I had to ruin the surprise for the recipient by telling her not to leave work yet.
