The arrangement is beautiful and the flowers are fresh. I'm told I was supposed to also receive a balloon with the flowers which I didn't get. Not sure if was overlooked or the shop never got the info from the website the order was placed on.

The roses were lovely and comforting to mourners during the loss of a dear friend.

The flower bouquet I received as a gift was STUNNING! I got it a week ago and the flowers are still fresh and blooming. It's one of the most beautiful bouquets I've ever seen. The delivery service was also great. I will not hesitate to use this shop for future orders.

I was so pleased to be receiving flowers from my coworkers. If I'm honest, the quality of the flowers was very good but the arrangement was poor. It appeared to me that flowers were just placed in a vase and there was no arranging of them. I did that myself.

The flowers and arrangement were beautiful but left at the doorstep and by the next day many of them are droopy and dehydrated even though I added water when I got them. Disappointed.

No roses unlike pic

Pretty. But even the pic shows the issue. Some of those blue flowers were dead and black. I don't think this was worth the price we paid. Sorry.

The flowers were beautiful. Amazing but they delivered them on my porch with no covering or protection and left them out in the open in a busy street. Thank goodness no one stole them.

The flowers weee beautiful

The flowers did not look like the picture that I ordered. I understand some variations, but what was delivered were bare and chintzy. I ordered the deluxe and there is no way that was a deluxe bouquet. The balloons were also not like what was pictured. I understand there are variations with that as well, but they had barely any color in all 3 of them and were mostly off white/beige in color. They were not good birthday balloons at all. Also, the delivery was late. The office was open 9-5 and they weren't delivered to around 7:00ish. Luckily, someone was there to let the delivery driver inside. I was horribly disappointed in this order and will not be ordering again. It was a complete waste of money and they were a lot of money.

I appreciate the shop reaching out and sending a new bouquet after my initial experience. Their apology and the replacement arrangement were thoughtful, and the flowers were beautiful and exactly what I had hoped for the first time. I'm glad they took the time to make things right.

My replacement arrangement was lovely and left with my neighbor by the driver rather than by my door in the heat without proper packaging. Flowers are. Thank you in much better condition
