Beside the fact that the flowers delivered were not the arrangement that I ordered, they were still an excellent arrangement and arrived on time on damaged. All good.

The flowers are beautiful and still fresh looking and fragrant nearly a week after delivery. The driver worked hard to contact me so the flowers would get to me right away.

The arrangement was very nice. However, the delivery person left the flowers outside the door and rang the bell and just left them. The flowers were not even wrapped in paper. It was very cold out. We were out for dinner for my birthday. The next day some of the lillies and purple flowers started to shrivel and die. How do you not wrap the flowers in paper, especially in the winter!

Delivery was a day late thus flowers weren't fresh and showed signs of cold damage particularly on the delphinium. One of the chrysanthemums was broken.

Delivered to the wrong location

Unsatisfied. I ordered 12 dozen roses and the bouquet only came with 5 roses with no notification or partial refund offered. The delivery person was very kind and ensured flowers were received by correct person. However, Should have listened to the one star reviews before ordering.

The flowers seemed healthy, but I took off a star because of the delivery driver.

My floral arrangement was beautiful. The flowers were fresh and still look & smell great almost a week later. The lilies opened up very large. Very pleased!

Just tell people, " we are busy and delivery time is uncertain. Don't have people waiting and making excuses. I don't fault the hard working driver. Your system sucks.

If I could give zero star, i would. Look at the picture yourself and judge. This was even taken from a good angle. Most disgusting bouquet I've ever seen. This for 110$???? Y'all should just go out of business.

These were great and adorable. The previous flowers from you did not last more than a few days. It would be helpful if your people could communicate better to tell them of problems
