I absolutely love my flowers and they're really lasting! I particularly liked that I was texting in order to notify me that the flowers were arriving in order to ensure that they would not be damaged in the cold weather by leaving them outside. It was very thoughtful.

The arrangement was beautiful. Five days later they are just as pretty. I appreciate that your delivery driver reached out prior to delivery and sent proof that they were left since I wasn't home to personally receive them.

The flowers were beautiful, but the delivery driver was horrible. I live in a high-rise and I told him my apartment number and he said that he wasn't able to come upstairs and I told him I wasn't able to meet him downstairs so he said he was gonna return them. He ended up just leaving them with my doormat, but he was super rude.

I never received my order as promised. Original order sent to Chicago address, the Iris flower was absent from the order. A second request was requested for the arrangement to be delivered to 404 Keach loop , Steilacoom, Washington 98388. Nothing has arrived m. It is 11am PST now on Sunday, April 13.
