Not great flowers. Roses looked old.

The arrangement was beautiful and a lovely surprise from my husband for our anniversary! I wish they had lasted longer. Unfortunately they are already dying.

Nice when I got them, but some of the roses are dead already. And I did use the extender packet.

You shorted us on this order. I ordered 18 roses. I was charged for 18 roses. You sent 17. This has happened with orders through FTD and other companies. It's clear there are systemic fraudulent practices going on in the floral industry and I suspect the industry gets away with it to the tune of millions of dollars each year in incorrect orders, including sending fewer flowers than are ordered. I'll be speaking out about this. There needs to be an investigation.

They are absolutely beautiful!

My flowers were, and still are, gorgeous! I appreciate the plant food too to keep them vibrant! Each bloom was perfect and the colors were vibrant and complimentary to each other and definitely styled with care! Such a wonderful surprise when I came home from work! Thank you so much and I 100% recommend your flower arrangements!

Overall beautiful flowers, some were dying off when I received them but it was a nice bouquet.

Beautiful flowers and arrangement. I am rating only 4 stars due to the delivery issue. My only complaint is how I was notified of the delivery. It should have said the name of the florist on the card so I would know that it was a legitimate order. It freaked me out. I had no idea who the delivery person was.
