The arrangement was delivered in below zero temperature but when I received it the flowers and vase were frozen. Almost like they had been outside for a little while. After they were delivered and thawed out the flowers died immediately.

I'm in the military and away from home so I try to do small meaningful things for my wife while I'm away! I was disgusted when I saw the battered and dead flowers shown to me by my wife the day of delivery!

The arrangement was better looking than in the picture. My wife loved her birthday arrangement and how fresh the flowers looked. Note: is already five days and the flowers still look like day 1! Highly recommend this shop for your flowers.

The flowers I received were beautiful! They are still alive and looking fresh a week later. The delivery person was kind enough to text me before they came to ensure they would not sit out in the cold. Wonderful service that I would use again.

I received a beautiful pink floral arrangement in the very cold weather. I received a text asking if anyone would be home to accept the delivery since the arrangement couldn't be left outside. I loved that they contacted me ahead of time as the arrangement was so pretty, I would have been disappointed had it been ruined by the cold. The delivery woman was so sweet and had a genuine smile.
