I received a beautiful pink floral arrangement in the very cold weather. I received a text asking if anyone would be home to accept the delivery since the arrangement couldn't be left outside. I loved that they contacted me ahead of time as the arrangement was so pretty, I would have been disappointed had it been ruined by the cold. The delivery woman was so sweet and had a genuine smile.

Flowers were gorgeous and in good shape. The vase selected, although cute, was not appropriate. These were sympathy flowers and the vase looked like it was for a birthday. Need to pay attention to to the occasion or read the sentiment on the card when selecting the vase
