The flowers are fresh and beautiful. The vase was supposed to have a smiley face on it as pictured for my granddaughter. The delivery was great. I like the text message communication. My only complaint is the arrangement was delivered without any plastic or paper covering over it.

They are beautiful. The only issue is that they weren't wrapped in paper or in a carton box. Just dropped off as is. Never saw this done before.

The flowers were not the right color, there were only 7(red), there should've been 13, 12 deep purple, 1red, then colored in purple with lilies and ashers as fill, instead I got 7 wilted red roses. Delivery was supposed to be at 12.. wasn't delivered until 3pm..I was already gone for the day from my job where the delivery was supposed to be. Over all I would not recommend ordering from here again as the pictures in the website look nothing like the actual finished product. The only reason I'm giving 1 star is because that's the lowest I can give.

Flower bouquet looks beautiful here in the photo, but unfortunately the roses were broken when they arrived. I will order from your company in the future because of the potential of the beauty of the flowers if they were not damaged before arrival. I'm heartbroken that I didn't get the chance to experience the arrangement's original beauty but the picture here does it justice.
