Flowers are pretty. They were not in the same vase that was listed on the website though. In addition, they came 4 days after scheduled delivery and after getting the wrong attachment.

Arrangement is beautiful! The delivery person did not speak English. She had texted me but did not clarify who she was delivering for so I was afraid it was a scam. When I tried to explain she should identify who she is with-she had no response. Beautiful flowers-terrible delivery.

The flowers are fine but the delivery was a MESS. They didn't come on the correct day. They wouldn't drop on the porch when I wasn't home. I had to leave an appointment early because my son said they were at the door again.

The product I received wasn't what I saw in the picture. I understand that the same type of flower isn't always available. The volume of flowers seemed much less than the representative picture.

Flowers did not look fresh

Flowers are lovely. However, I was told that they were to be delivered in the morning. The flowers were not delivered until almost 5pm after calling many times.

Hello, I had ordered these as a surprise for my wife. The order was for 12 long stem roses and there were only 10 in the arrangement. She thought it was beautiful and smelled great, but I was disappointed in paying for 12, expecting 12 and only 10 roses showed up.

They died so fast not worth it

My guy who ordered the flowers was disappointed because the bouquet didn't look like the picture. He felt it was as nice as he expected.

unfortunately many of the flowers were already wilted upon arrival and by today- tuesday- im needing to throw many away- very sad because its a beautiful arrangement

The communication was terrible. I was told on the chat that it would possibly be delivered the following day. It was for a birthday. Then I received an email that it was delivered, no picture was sent of delivery.

Flowers are beautiful, they still look good even after almost a week. Getting them delivered to our new townhouse was a challenge. We are in a new townhome, but we are one of the last buildings to be built in this neighborhood, which has been in existence for about a year. We did have a 60th birthday party for me last Friday. We'd only been living in the townhouse for a week and our friends hadn't been here yet. They used GPS tools to get them here without issue - that was about 30 people. They didn't have problems with Apple Maps. I made sevetsl calls back-and-forth between the flower shop and many texts with the delivery person trying to find where we live over 2 days. I provided not only address but detailed instructions of where we are located. It is not a difficult place to find. Everyone I communicated with was pleasant, I was just surprised it was so challenging to get the flowers here. The person who sent them to me as a gift said that she received a notification last Friday the 17th that the flowers were delivered, but they did not come until the night of April 18.

The flowers were very cute. There were some dead flowers but overall they were pretty nice.

The flowers are beautiful and very fresh! The delivery was very stressful and could be improved. I was called less than an hour before delivery to notify me it was coming and to make arrangements if I could not be home. I was in a meeting and did not receive this message until the flowers were delivered to a building next door where I've experienced everything being stolen and then given to another neighbor. I had to track them down and it really affected the experience. Better communication is needed.

Lovely burst of yellow but the roses never fully opened and the lily buds don't look promising. Lovely arrangement The roses and most of the lilies never opened so what should have been a fragrant bouquet really wasn't. The filler greenery dried up and turned brown before the flowers. The carnations didn't last and just shrivelled up. It got watered and was out of direct heat. My feeling is that it did not flower as it should and never really smelled. I've had lilies in arrangements before and they are qwite fragrant. So all things considered, I was disappointed that the bouquet didn't reach it full potential as it should have. As I said the arrangement was beautiful. It just didn't age well. I'm don't do google reviews ever.

Overall it was a 3 star review. The flowers were beautiful. However because of it being the premium or ultra. They were pushed into vase with greenery and the teacup roses lasted 2 days and gerber daisies were not great at all. Some of the regular roses were only a day or two longer. But the fragrance was exceptional!!! We did not complain but probably would not use you again.
