I am sure the flowers looked good when the arrangement was made but they were wilted when we received them. Anyway, I am sending a thank you note to the sender (not mentioning the condition).😊

The tall purple flowers were dead the next day

Flowers are beautiful. However, the chocolates were delivered two days late and there were no instructions on watering this cake bouquet—I have never had one before and I don't know how to care for it.

They were beautiful the day I got them and the vase is very pretty. The hydrangeas wilted & turned brown the next day.

the lower flowers started withering within 2 days!

Pretty design horrible delivery. Not wrapped. Left in front porch in heat w no doorbell or knock. Flwer food and card fell off and found on the ground

It was a very odd delivery. The driver just handed it to me with no wrapping. Just the vase...here you go. The card was supposed to be birthday...just a regular piece of paper. And there were supposed to be 20 tulips and there were only 19. Not a huge deal. But presentation was lackluster .

Flowers looked almost like on the picture, little bit less colorful in reality but overall ok I wouldn't buy it .

Design was beautiful, LOVE the dark lilac accent flowers. However I'm afraid the flowers arrived warm and slightly limp. Mums and carnations should should have a long life, the mums seemed a bit "old" I'm sorry to say. No instruction card , good thing I know how to take care of them. But i still am enjoying them . Sorry, thought you wanted an honest report.

Your flowers were a replacement because the first ones died in two days. Your arrangement while cute was about a third the size. This is not the first time I've had a doggie arrangement.

A very beautiful arrangement, My only complaint is these are a get well bouquet and I wasn't monitoring my text messages. It would have took a minute to call the same number you texted before leaving it outside.

My flowers were beautiful, however the label said there should have been a ballon and I did not get it. The delivery guy asked me to wait when he dropped off the flowers and after looking in his car he said never mind and left. My sister was charged for ballon I did not receive.

It's kind of weird to ask people for a review of sympathy flowers.

I have sent this type of arrangement before, but not from this florist. I was very disappointed that the flowers were done in pink,& not white which is what the photo showed. And I know you reserve the right to change the flowers. But, what florist doesn't have white carnations on hand? I went through 1-800-flowers, & thought I would be safe using them. Next time I will make a better effort to find a florist who will fulfill the order the way it is presented. Recipient liked the flowers, but I'm the one who paid $90 for it. If I'm going to pay that much for a small arrangement I want what has been represented.

Very beautiful when they arrived and was packaged beautifully. Received them on Friday and as of today (Wednesday) the roses are already dead. Haven't had flowers die that soon.

Flowers sent are fresh, fragrant, but would have preferred more vibrant colors, but perhaps colors were chosen by my kind gift givers?

Paid for a birthday card and didn't receive it

The flowers were nice, but the pink roses were looking wilted.

The flowers were very pretty, but I was disappointed that a private note attached was not in a little envelope - it was exposed on the plastic card holder for everyone to read.

Flowers were beautiful but they were supposed to come in a mug so the recipient could use the mug afterward and remember the giver but that did not happen so we were a bit disappointed since that was a major part of choosing this particular product and florist.

Delivery was excellent. The quality of the flowers were not. Three days later part of them were wilted. The design was beautiful.

They were large then the picture but the petals were falling off.
