Roses turning brown not opening up.Carnations also brownish. Looks like flowers are dying already…

This arrangement was not as fresh as it should be. Lilies and roses both wilted when delivered.

Flowers arrived a bit wilty and a rose was broken of the stem and placed inside the arrangement.

Thanks so much! It is a lovely thought but all but one plant is dead or damaged. No big deal, just thought you would want to know!

The flowers did not last long and the roses never opened.

The roses were already browning and the purple filler were wilting. It's a pretty arrangement but not that fresh.

They were pretty but I was not home when they were delivered so they were out in the cold a long time. I wish I was texted rather than called so I could have responded. I was in a rehearsal and could not answer the phone.

I really like the color combination, but some of the roses have dry edges and some of the green blooms are browning. I'm worried they won't last long.

Pretty arrangement but I feel like the roses were already past prime. Fully opened and outer petals wilting. Sender told me she stressed FRESH on the phone. I didn't tell her my opinion. I don't want her to feel bad.

Where r the people that I ordered from china? I had to repeat myself 3 times!

Beautiful flowers but just left in mail room rather than delivering to my condo or at Least calling to say they were there!

The sunflowers were practically dead. Several of the other flowers were wilted.

Not sure how much the sender paid for the arrangement but quality looked cheap.

Very nice. a few flowers were badly wilted but overall nice.I am in no way complaining.I was upset because they flowers arrangement should have been wrapped up in paper.that may be the reason for wilting.it was cold out. the sunflowers were awesome

The flowers were pretty but we ordered strawberries and pay for them and never got them so that interns leads me to give 3 stars!

Was alright. Delivery driver texted and asked if I had any concerns and wouldn't even respond! I wrote a specific note to be attached and it wasn't! Kind of disappointed flowers were pretty but none of the fall leaves were added like pictured and I got them to celebrate bring the fall in as well as the birthday.. overall it was OKAY Nthing fantastic

Nice arrangement but you failed to put the name of the sender. We called and it was a hassle to talk to someone and then they said we don't know who sent it. Service was deficient.

Beautiful flowers, but started wilting 3 day's later.

Flowers are beautiful/ delivery was extremely challenging.The flowers didn't last as long as I hoped they would.

My sister sent me the flowers. It seemed too crowded in the vase. I took 5 or 6 pieces of foliage and flowers out so the others could open up. Also smelled a little like old flowers. Took a few more flowers out and that solved the problem. Some flowers were nice but it is a weird mix. It had pink roses and sunflowers, not a good mix. The delivery girl, Emmy, was very nice.

The arrangement was beautiful but didn't last long so disappointed.

It was nice the flowers didn't look super fresh. I got home about 15 minutes after delivery so the were under carport in the shade so not sure why they looked that way.
