The arrangement was beautiful, but when we called to find out how to take care of them, no one returned our call.

The Roses were Beautiful!

Very pretty though some are not healthy.

Flowers were beautiful and they are surprisingly still blooming. The delivery person took special care of them and ensured that I was notified of the delivery which was appreciated.

The flowers are lovely and are sitting next to me as I write. It's a joy to have “real” flowers in my living room. Thank you.

Beautiful arrangement but I thought it would have more flowers since we ordered the medium level...

Picture is different then what I receive less full and roses where orange not red

The flowers were lovely. A few of the flowers seemed to be at the end of their life but I was able to rearrange and they are still beautiful

The flowers were lovely and arranged beautifully. If even one of the stargazers were opened it would have been a 5 star instead of 4. When the lillies open I know it will be even more stunning. Thank you for the gorgeous arrangement

The flowers I received are are perfectly beautiful! Roses and lilies bursting with freshness; can't wait till the lillies open fully and overflow the vase. The fillers are equally fresh and a perfect choice. The ribbon around the vase is disappointing. Either upgrade and tie a nice bow or eliminate altogether.

The arrangement was pretty, and the communication was good. But nowhere was it disclosed that the flowers would not be boxed or protected.

Beautiful bouquet of Birthday flowers! Notification with delivery updates were very helpful with cold weather arrival. Sad they began to droop a day later.

They were very pretty. It took a while for then to open up a bit. But loved them and the red vase.

My only constructive feedback is that I wish the driver would've called and talked to me prior to delivering on such a cold day. He texted me while I was in session with a client and said he was on his way. When I was finished with my client. I texted back asking “when are you arriving” and suggesting that he arrive at the top of the hour. However, he left the flowers at my front door without ringing the doorbell and they were outside for about 45 minutes. if he would've rung the doorbell, I could've come up, but I had no way of knowing he was out there. As a result, the flowers are a little wilted. Otherwise, they are very beautiful.
