The flower arrangement was beautiful. The pictures were super fresh and we would order from you all again. HOWEVER, whichever delivery driver with the phone #+1 (773) 425-5621 needs to tighten up. He called 2 times asking to guarantee if the customer was at home otherwise he wanted to go back to the warehouse and not even attempt delivery but we weren't able to do that for him. Then when he arrived on site, he wasn't able to get into the gate so called another 5 times back to backafter 7pm. The next day, the second delivery driver called to inquire about access, but then delivered the flowers right inside the gate and Emily was able to retrieve them. We're super grateful for the second delivery driver with the # +1 (773) 447-9498. Use him next time, we liked him!!! lol

Very nice delivery person. I live in new construction so the GPS is tricky. They called to make sure they were coming to the correct location.

The flowers were beautiful. I was impressed with the service. The driver kept us informed of delivery. It was a rainy night and late but we are grateful for the service despite the weather conditions
