Driver was very careful...diligent by calling back several times to verify a person was at drop location rather than just leaving outside in cold weather. Compliments!

The roses were beautiful but some of the flowers were already wilted and dying upon arrival. I'm sure they won't last another day. I'm not happy with the basket.
