The fellow left them on the stair and rang the doorbell. I'm in a wheelchair and when I got to the door, I could not lift them up to bring them in the house. Arrangement is beautiful! The delivery person did not speak English. She had texted me but did not clarify who she was delivering for so I was afraid it was a scam. When I tried to explain she should identify who she is with-she had no response. Beautiful flowers-terrible delivery.

The flowers are fine but the delivery was a MESS. They didn't come on the correct day. They wouldn't drop on the porch when I wasn't home. I had to leave an appointment early because my son said they were at the door again.

The flowers are lovely. My only suggestion is that you try not using the green spongy stuff (sorry I don‘t know the technical name) to hold the flowers in place. It's extremely difficult to water the flowers without spilling water everywhere.
