Chicago Flower Delivery, Melrose Park, IL - Customer Flower Reviews

The flower arrangement is nice. However, they were supposed to be delivered on the 19th. Delivery person texted me at 4 PM “on their way” and would not respond to future texts with their ETA. Flowers were delivered after we had gone to bed and were left outside overnight. Luckily it didn't freeze so they were not completely ruined. Poor communication from delivery company, not responding to requests for status or ETA. The delivery info sent to the sender of the arrangement said they were delivered at 6:30 PM, which is not true.

I loved the flowers. They were fresh and beautiful

Flowers were pretty upon arrival but was curious why they weren't wrapped in paper like I typically see when flowers are delivered. Also, some of the flowers started wilting within two days.

The flowers are beautiful. BUT they were not wrapped, left outside close to door, doorbell was not rung. I had to push flowers away from door to get outside. Thank goodness I was home & saw person leaving.

Unfortunately this floral boutique looked different than what I ordered. I was not pleased at all.

The white roses are gorgeous, each and every rose is totally breathtaking. Delivery service, on a very cold windy February day was impeccable. Everything was top notch. On the 3rd the roses are beginning to open, I know they will last a long time either just a little tender loving care. Thank you for being such a reputable florist.

The colors are vibrant, the vase is full and it is a variety of flowers, excellent 👌.

I would like to sincerely thank DBG for replacing the absolutely beautiful flowers. They're perfect! I am happy to report that these flowers are thriving and bring me joy everyday. The delivery driver was incredible. Kept in communication with me and made sure that they were delivered when I was home. He was the sweetest man and it was a pleasure to meet him. Thank you all!

The flowers are beautiful and fit in perfectly with our color scheme.

Flower colors clash. Would have liked either yellow scheme or pink/purple. Also would have liked chocolates without cream filling.

Absolutely beautiful

The bouquet in which I received was absolutely gorgeous!!! I had tears in my eyes when I saw it. I felt the love and care it was intended to give. I highly recommend giving from here or treating yourself as well !!!

Delivery was prompt. Flowers don't look great - like they've been frozen for awhile.
