Yes, the flowers are very nice, but unfortunately, it's not what was ordered and very, very disappointed about how it came delivered not in a box not wrapped the vase was just put on our porch in the very very cold weather.

The driver brought the flowers to the neighbors house instead of my sister's house. The arrangement that was delivered looked a lot different from the picture that I ordered from. The arrangement should have been wrapped up with the freezing temps.

The flowers my sister sent me were absolutely beautiful. This picture does not give them justice. The roses were stunning and everything else which is so fresh. They are over a week old and still look so beautiful.

There was no protection for the flowers. A basic action to take would have been to cover with a light plastic cover for protection. There was even a stool on our porch the box could have been placed on or under since there was snow and wet conditions to deal with. How could this be overlooked? Thankfully we arrived in time to take care of the flowers ourselves.

The delivery person was really good with communication. Even though I saw his message late, he patiently waited to deliver the flowers in person rather than leave them outside in the cold weather.
