Are these the flowers I sent to Laura Cararra ? I didn't see no big bow around the the flowers as I requested. 847 807 9693 Very nice arrangement of Flowers. I'm sure she will like them. Except NO PRETTY BOW. :(

Gorgeous and excellent quality. Roses got real big, lilies opened soon thereafter. I did learn later from the giver that there was supposed to be a small birthday balloon attached, but that had not come with the delivery.

I am still loving the flowers which were delivered 2 days ago. They look fresh and vibrant and sturdy.

They are beautiful but were left on a very cold porch without a call and could have been destroyed. Fortunately my daughter called to ask if I received the flowers.

AMAZING service!! The flowers were re-delivered after being stolen from my apartment mailroom area (I authorized them to leave them there since I wasn't home at time of delivery). Flowers were hand delivered with a smile the second time, and they're gorgeous. Really happy with my experience and will keep this store in mind if I ever need to send flowers in the future. :)

Had a delivery on my birthday of this beautiful bouquet.

Hi our flowers were sent to our neighbor so we never received them - they were sent to wrong address so we still do t know who they are from to thank the sender

These flowers were absolutely beautiful, however the driver was out of line. I received this beautiful gift from my team at work as a surprise and unfortunately I was not near my home when the driver reached out to me that she would be 8 minutes away. I kindly asked if she can provide me with 45 minutes to 1 hour to get home to receive them, which she said it was okay as she was not near my home at the moment. As I arrived, I thanked her for her flexibility. She looked upset, and called me back 20 minutes later after the delivery and ask me to tell my organization( employer) to not order from them again, suggest another driver, or specify what time I would be home the day of the delivery because she wasted a lot of gas on going to my house twice and for the company to only pay her $8 and for me not to tip her. It was my birthday, I wasn't expecting to receive this beautiful arrangement of flowers, which I didn't have cash on me physically.

The flowers were beautiful and the delivery guy was extremely nice and ensured I was home to receive them.

The flower arrangement was beautiful, made up of very fresh stock. The woman who delivered them was very nice. Getting a text at 8:00 a.m. asking for a rating was not as great. Might want to rethink that part.
