Flowers look dead. Please refund order or pick different arrangement??

Candidly, we are disappointed for an expenditure of $200 for orchids one can buy at Whole Foods for 20 to 25 dollars. The arrangement does not group the blossoms in one plain, it is an awkward arrangement. If I had seen it before you delivered it, I would have asked you to get the blossoms in one plain. I'd rate this as a C- purchase. Two stars, generously. Your previous order was a B +, three stars. Andy Hays 561 279 0272

Not sure why you did not use orange roses as the picture and description state for this model? No one said you would have to substitute...Arrangement doesn't look very full like the pic either. First time customer and felt I should be honest. POP OF COLOR Beautiful and bright, this is a bona fide a pop of color. Brilliant blossoms are perfectly arranged in a clear glass cube vase. Oranges and greens brighten the day with blooms like hydrangea, roses, hypericum and exotic greens arranged in a clear cube by our talented team

Flowers was dead

Very disappointed. Boring arrangement, not creative, paid the highest price for this arrangement and the value wasn't there. First & last time I will order from you. The photo is a great idea, but the product was lacking.

Like getting the photo I was in the store and PPpersonally selected THREE orchid PLANTS for the arrangement. This photo appears to be only ONE plant with THREE stems. Hard to tell definitely from the photo. I will know more when the arrangement arrives for my Aunt's 93rd birthday. Thank you!! Susan

This does not look like the picture I was shown. It does not have much color and is not as full as I was told and shown.

The flowers were not delivered to recipient even though Flower Kingdom sent confirmation of delivery

I prefer the picture that I used to select the arrangement. I would NOT have selected To purchase the arrangement you made.

No-I do not like it. I asked specifically for Hydrangeas, Peonies and snap dragons. I see cheaper flowers thrown in. I honestly don't like it at all-or the colors. So disappointed with this one. Not what I asked for at all!!

Beautiful arrangement

I just spent $125 plus $25 delivery on this. What a ripoff. Should have been lots bigger for simple spring flowers.

They left out my balloon.

Was extremely disappointed as the arrangement did not look like what the person I spoke to said it would look like. She told me to go on dog arrangements on line on 1 800 flowers , which I did, and showed her the one I wanted,She said she could do it. Ara

Been a customer since you opened 1986.Always had magnificent floral arrangements. This was the first and only time the presentation and quay of the flowers was 1/10

Disappointed to see the pink flowers are wilted! I checked with my relative - and that's how they looked in person. She loved the vase!

$100+ for 6 bloomed peonies and you guys didn't even include a card. Took days for the recipient to learn it was from me. Definitely not the best experience.

I specifically asked for stargazer lilies and Irises to be put in my mother's birthday bouquet as they are her favorites and their is none.
