Was extremely disappointed as the arrangement did not look like what the person I spoke to said it would look like. She told me to go on dog arrangements on line on 1 800 flowers , which I did, and showed her the one I wanted,She said she could do it. Ara

Been a customer since you opened 1986.Always had magnificent floral arrangements. This was the first and only time the presentation and quay of the flowers was 1/10

Terrible customer service. Convinced me to never shop local for flowers and stick to the national chains. Also, flowers arrived wilted. Disappointed.

$100+ for 6 bloomed peonies and you guys didn't even include a card. Took days for the recipient to learn it was from me. Definitely not the best experience.

I specifically asked for stargazer lilies and Irises to be put in my mother's birthday bouquet as they are her favorites and their is none.

I'M SO SORRY THAT YOU ARE DISSAPOINTED BUT YOU PICKED THAT ARRANGEMENT ONLINE.THE PRICE OF THE ARRANGEMNET WAS $59.99 AND IT HAS 4 ROSES, 5 GREEN HYDRANGEAS,5 HYPERICUM BERRIES, 5 ASPIDISTRA LEAVES IN A REACTANGLE GLASS VASE.

I ordered the Deluxe with red roses in arrangement.....doesn't look like red roses were added. I am out of state ordering flowers for my parents and hope the order is as purchased. If there are red roses in the arrangement, then I will update the rating,

I CAN SEE WHY YOU WOULD BE DISSAPOINTED. THE PICTURE IS NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL... TOO DARK AND CANNOT SEE THE BEAUTIFUL BLUE CUBE AT THE BOTTOM AND THE FOLDED LEAVES ON THE SIDE AND IT SEEMS LIKE THE PICTURE WAS TAKEN FROM THE TOP INSTEAD OF SIDE.

WE WOULD GENERALLY PUT A BOW AND WHITE BABY'S BREADTH WITH THE ROSES, BUT YOU SELECTED THE ITEM ONLINE.. T64-1C WHICH ONLY HAS ASSORTED GREENERY AND NO BOW.

It looks like it was not a complete dozen and this arrangement does not look like what was pictured on your website. You were very highly recommend however this was very disappointing and embarrassing!

These flowers were supposed to be delivered on Tuesday the 5th. If they are already made, you did not use the ones that you will receive on the 4th - the fresh ones. This is disappointing.
