The flowers are beautiful as always. However, I specifically ask for them not to be in a clear vase.And I was told that, wasn't a problem. I see on your website that you have different vases, such as the white, ceramic square vase and other non clear vases. I only use this Florist when I send flowers to Florida, and have never been disappointed with their beautiful arrangements... until now.

Candidly, I was disappointed. The arrangement was sparse. The colors of the flowers were nice but for the price, I expected the vase to have more to it that it did.

I normally always purchase from Flower Kingdom and they do a good job. I paid $100 and the arrangement was extremely small and dissapointing. My $100 arrangements from you guys are normally way bigger.

It doesn't look as full as the online picture on your website. Empty places are in the arrangement. I don't see the leaves shown on the website pic. I have ordered from you before, but this is a bit disappointing.

Sent a sympathy live plant arrangement to an Aunt that lost her husband of 69 years. She lives in Florida & we live in Pennsylvania, so we couldn't attend the service. Looked up florist near her home & order a plant arrangement. Looking at the picture on line & the photo they texted me, and I was disappointed. Online photo was full with no less then 3 flowers, the arrangement they sent had maybe 2 flowers & a fewer live plants. Overpriced & disappointed.

To be honest, I was disappointed in the arrangement, as we agreed to put in cut flowers as well, which did not happen. With what I paid, I thought it should have been bigger and with the cut flowers.

I paid for 18 flowers and got 17. The bouquet was lackluster in terms of design. When I called the employee I spoke to was not very warm and friendly. I will go elsewhere next time. Good note is they did deliver on time.
