This is supposed to be in a ceramic pot not a basket. I don't like the look of this it looks old fashioned and not like what I selected on the website

Hi is my orchid going to grow more? it looks so small.

Doesn't look anything like photo online. Show me a photo of other side please. Do you ever have the blue glass in?! On line it looked white and blue. Daisies too.none here

Sent a sympathy live plant arrangement to an Aunt that lost her husband of 69 years. She lives in Florida & we live in Pennsylvania, so we couldn't attend the service. Looked up florist near her home & order a plant arrangement. Looking at the picture on line & the photo they texted me, and I was disappointed. Online photo was full with no less then 3 flowers, the arrangement they sent had maybe 2 flowers & a fewer live plants. Overpriced & disappointed.

Underwhelming. No artistic beauty in the arranging of the roses.

The flowers aren't very open, I understand they will be but honestly I'm a little disappointed. Not very impactful at the time of presentation.

It's ok, I am not blown away. I usually purchase more expensive bouquets from you all so this might be why I am not blown away.

Flowers looked amazing at first but they only lasted less than a week.

These are the same peach muted roses . I asked for vibrant for someone who is loosing their sight. Thank you for changing the lily. This is not as expected. Please call.

The lilac (seeking silver roses weren't lilac at all but a pink First time in many that you've disappointed me

To be honest, I was disappointed in the arrangement, as we agreed to put in cut flowers as well, which did not happen. With what I paid, I thought it should have been bigger and with the cut flowers.

I paid for 18 flowers and got 17. The bouquet was lackluster in terms of design. When I called the employee I spoke to was not very warm and friendly. I will go elsewhere next time. Good note is they did deliver on time.

Too many tulip leaves. The tulips are already drooping. I'm embarrassed this is what my family is getting.

I do like seeing the arrangement. However, I'm a bit disappointed to not see enough white roses because we asked to have more white roses than daisies and paid extra $20 to make sure.

Not loving this arrangement. The ones you've made for me in the past much nicer. The one on the website much nicer. Not loving the colour choices. Got to say, disappointed with this one.

While this is a pretty bouquet, and hopefully was delivered on time, it is way smaller than I would expect to pay for $240.00 with a final total of $270. Ur bouqet is disappointing . Glorious farewell spray is what I discussed with ur agent, a standing oink spray for $239.

Is this the 8 inch plant I paid $88 to be delivered? I'm a little disappointed!

I'm sorry to not be able to give a glowing review for orchids you delivered to my brother and sister in law in Stuart. I had a delightful conversation with the young woman who took my order. I explained that I wanted an orchid arrangement that had many buds and was "full." We have many orchid plants and, I must say, even the oldest among them still blooms with more buds and orchids than that selected as our gift. I also find the bow to be unattractive and the butterflies a distraction. I've not heard from the rather elderly recipient of the dish garden. Perhaps, photos of gifts should be sent prior to final order? I'm assuming this review is internal, so I'm being fairly straightforward about my disappointment. Again, the young lady was lovely.

It's pretty but doesn't really look Like the arrangement I ordered .. the colors are completely different .

My order was not what I expected. When my fiancé received the arrangement, the flowers were spread out and not very full, it also seemed as if there was a shortage of the pretty green leaves at the bottom of the arrangement and was replaced with ferns, which was not apart of the picture when I ordered it.
