The arrangement does not look as nice as the photo on your website. These look like they were just all stuck in there in bunches rather than arranged professionally.

I did not answer in AM , thought it was a mixup . 99% of your arrangements have been outstanding for the the past 15 yrs since I moved to PBG . For now I will try a new Florist . If it works out , sorry . If it doesn't work out I may consider trying you again . Will not post this to social media out of respect to your past consistent above average performance.

Looks nothing like the photo. Carnations cheapen the entire arrangement. I will not be ordering from you again

No gladiolus as pictured and pastel colors replaced with much louder colors. Not pleased, and it's too late to do anything different for the funeral.

I did not like all the spiky flowers. I did not think it represented the cost.

I think for147.00 it is a little light on the quanity of flowers inthe arrangement.

I feel that for $50 for 4 stems of hydrangeas is not worth the money at all. My sister, who I sent the flowers to, felt that those could've come from the supermarket - there were no leaves or greenery included. I was very disappointed in the arrangement for the price that I paid and would not order again from your business. I did appreciate the service and the fact that you sent the photo.

Can you please remove the butterflies from the arrangement? I had also specified a white orchid, can this be changed?

I really don't like the silver leaves in the arrangement.It looks off not as elegant as expected Can you please get rid of them before delivery??

I always love your arrangements. I saw this one next day and they were completely open and looked like they weren't going to last much longer.

Flowers don't look fresh. Droopy and most flowers are already in full bloom. Looks like petals are already dropping. Please replace with fresh flowers.

peony was bruised. each of the bouquets delivered thus far have lasted only a couple of days after arrival and several arrived with dried out, damaged, or otherwise lackluster flowers. also none have included the cards i wrote for them. i would like to cancel my recurring purchases please. the styling isn't bad.

Can we do more white roses and less purple?

This arrangement was a gift. I got it because the really tall orange flowers and tall cattails made it look interesting. I was disappointed in the bouquet. They orange flowers were not tall like the picture. It now looks like any ordinary bouquet. It was delivered on time though.

Doesn't exactly look like the picture on your website. This picture has more leaves than flowers and looks sad. The succulent has brown spots and is dying. This arrangement needs more flowers than greenery like the website picture.
