I'm sorry, but I'm not seeing much difference from the web photo at all. Everything from the recipe (except the delphinium, but that was substituted with liatris) is in there so it is absolutely filled to value. Please call us back if you wish to discuss further.

This was left at the door at 11am on Tuesday. Our driver states he noticed a car in the driveway and seemed like people were home, but no one came to the door so he left it on the porch which is common practice. Please call if you would like to discuss further.

Unfortunately, this arrangement did not look like the posted picture. For the amount spend, I would have thought it would have been more time given and matching the example given online. They look to have been just crammed into vase with no order. Not satisfied with this particular purchase.

She hates them. I ordered a dozen WHITE roses with baby's breath and she received RED ones!!! My wife hates red roses. I with be getting a refund.

Not going to use George's again as this was not worth $55 to give my Mom. I might have paid $25 and $10 for delivery fee but this vase of few flowers was $40 and they charged me $15 more for a total of $55. Sincerely, Over charged in SC

We talked at length about the size of the arrangement and I did mention this would be a bud vase as the price point you wanted was below the starting price of our smallest arrangements. It was also explained that every flower you requested is a premium flower and therefore more expensive. I stated several times this would be a few stems in a vase with minimal greenery. As for the additional fees, we are required to charge you sales tax and we have no power over that. You also requested delivery and gas costs money. All of the flowers were fresh and therefore closed, so she will get to watch it bloom and enjoy it much longer than your typical grocery store flowers. I'm sorry you weren't pleased, but we made exactly what you asked for and what you would get was explained thoroughly.

No I do NOT like these flowers. They look like whatever was LEFT OVER at the end of the week was just thrown together to fill the vase. And this cost $67.00!! You should be ashamed.

Thanks for chatting with me! We will make the discussed changes and send a new photo when it's ready. It is worth noting that the arrangement itself was $50 which is the starting price for our small size custom arrangements. We can assure you also that these are not old flowers.

Their web site showed one arrangement for a set price. After calling 6 placing the order I got a text message to call them. It was already paid in full. Sarah informed me I had to click on the picture to see the options. Misleading and well after the fact. Good service from them until now. Not happy with the arrangement. Not close to the picture

Again, I apologize for the miscommunication. We were requesting you to call the shop directly instead of having to text our personal cell phones. When I attempted to speak with you this morning, your cell phone is set up for text only, so I texted you asking for you to call the shop directly. You did not respond via text until 11:40 AM. I went ahead and had our designer fill the arrangement to value of the picture shown on the website. The arrangement was delivered before 10 AM this morning.

No I was not pleased with the arrangement. She had told me it would be in a white bowl but it looked like something in a cheap basket. The gift was for the Draper's and she made a trip to George's to complain and picked out a different container. I am sorry to have caused her to make a trip to the florist and to be unhappy with my gift. I usually send her flowers from George's several times a year. I do like a photo Doris
