Was just informed they are already "wilting", even though the recipient got them on Friday. She said she followed all the directions. Considering all the ones that were not bloomed yet, this is unusual. The cost doesn't seem worth it.

I am sorry but we were not pleased with our mom's flowers. I asked that they be mainly pink and make it to the pink roses really popped and there was no other pink in it except the Roses. The quality of the work was excellent as always. I have never not been pleased with flowers from there. But these were rather important to me. Thank you all so much for doing them.

MORE THAN BEAUTIFUL!!!! George's ALWAYS delivers!!! Literally! The arrangements are always fresh, colorful, and last forever. They have my never ending loyalty. It won't let me give 5 stars?!?!

Sarah, the employee, was very polite and professional. I requested for an arrangement to be sent the same day or the next day. Sarah suggested a an arrangement that was already in the shop. It was my understanding a picture would be sent prior so I could see it and decide whether I like it or not. When the picture was sent, I did not like it and wanted a different one. Sarah stated the manager shared it had been sent. I was upset and explained why I didn't like it. I stated that I was supposed to approve the picture. The manager stated the picture is only courteous and I could not change my mind. He said that it had been sent. I shared I wanted the Bee Well design instead but he said it was too late. The person that referred this florist saw the arrangement and was disappointed also. I noticed on the website that they had 5-star reviews. I guess my review is an outlier. I strongly suggest to other customers- - ask to see the picture before sending it. Sarah the person that took my order was very nice but all changes had to be approved by the manager. He was not willing to work with me. My concern is - - it was my understanding that I would see the picture prior to sending the arrangement. I would have purchased another floral arrangement if I had been offered a small discount.

Please do only white hydrangeas! No other color! Not loose just all all hydrangeas close together. With baby blue ribbon accent

For my mother's casket…We'd asked for magnolia leaves. Just like we'd ordered for my father few years ago. Leaves only. No pods. No sticks. This is not nice. Dirty sticks really? For my sweet beautiful mother? Disappointed and wouldn't even consider using this for my mom's last arrangement.

I am just seeing this email, I am not Satisfied with the Arrangement. We paid $87.00 for this arrangement. This arrangement do not look like any of your arrangements on your website. The roses are brown on the edges. The roses look like they are dying. We were unable to be at the funeral and wanted to send a nice arrangement, as one of our co workers lost her mother. thank you

Flowers were lovely, albeit your customer service not accepting my credit cards (Platinum, 40+ years in existence) required me to send a bank check before my order was accepted. Most disappointing and obviously poor obsolete equipment at your end, since cards are used daily without problems along with a very high credit level.

Our co-worker NEVER RECEIVED the floral arrangement. The order was completed online at 5:10pm on Friday (when the shop was still open) for Saturday delivery. The recipient was released from the hospital at 2:00pm in the afternoon on Saturday. She was never notified about flowers although her cell phone number was provided. I was not notified by phone, text or email that there was a delivery issue. Today (Wednesday) is the first day I've seen our co-worker at the office, and she had no idea she was sent flowers. The hospital did not call her either, so, what happened to them? If I had been notified in advance that there was an issue with reasonably prompt delivery, I would have picked them up myself and delivered them to the hospital, or contacted another florist who could fulfill the order. This was a $106.51 purchase. As a result of this review, I expect a phone call from George's Florist, or I will be calling them for resolution. The photo shows a lovely arrangement, but it disappeared into thin air. I am very disappointed in the communication, follow-through and customer experience.

This plants appearance spoke for itself. It was awful for the cost. Everyone in our class did not like it and it was embarrassing for the family.

I have used this service before and had been pleased with previous orders. This last floral arrangement greatly disappointed. For the money spent, I am highly unsatisfied. The arrangement looks worse in person.
