This is lovely. I just wonder if you have a basket that doesn't look so plasticky, though I know most of them are plastic. Something that looks a little more solid? If not possible than I know they will love this. Thanks, Bonnie Johnson

I'm a little disappointed that I paid almost $100 for two roses and 2 lilies and the rest carnations. I sorry to complain but I thought it would have been more. I also question the color scheme. I have ordered before on you and this is the first time I'm not really happy.

In order to have any premium flowers in this vase (roses and lilies) the rest of the value was put into carnations in order to fill to value the appropriate size. You did not request no carnations and you did request this color scheme. Please call us if you would like to upgrade and make changes.

Definitely overpriced for this item.I paid for the more expensive item expecting more flowers and more color. In my opinion , this was a big disappointment for a holiday gift of $75.00 plus shipping and delivery charges. I would not recommend to anyone

This plant looks nothing like the plant I ordered on line. I called and was told that it's a representative of a dish garden and they may vary by plants. I saw no place to put what color bow I wanted so they put a white one( thought it came with the purple bow) They could have called me the morning of and asked me, plus the attached butterfly was not included. Why would you present a picture that can't be duplicated? I hated it. No one tried to appease by offering some of my money back for their mistakes. I have ordered many times there and plant was always as described, so don't blame it on something else. I will NEVER order from you again......Your response is probably" so, 1 person won't make any difference, but it will when I spread the word around....

The starting price for the corsages are $40 each. It takes an average of 25 minutes for a designer to complete 1 corsage, the majority of the cost is in labor.

We could have made changes while it was still at the shop, but you only asked about the basket. We can't fix problems we're not aware of. It is also worth noting that price and size was discussed with you upon purchase. You have to upgrade if you'd like a more full arrangement. As discussed, $75 is the top end of our small sized arrangements or the bottom end of our medium size.

I use Gates Flowers in our area , For $60 bucks We get more flowers than this!!! This looks cheap !!! But the cost was unreal!!!!

I'm honestly very disappointed with the arrangement. For $144.00 the arrangement really fell short of my expectation. The customer service was top notch, unfortunately, the presentation, for the money, simply did not measure up.

I have been a long time customer and was disappointed with this corsage. There was one larger rosebud that just made the whole thing disproportionate. I sent pictures of the dress, which was a pale lavender and the dark purple ribbon looked awful with her
