This is a natural style design by Kerry who has over 50 years of design experience and is our most "in demand" designer for wedding and events. The photo does not do the design justice, but I can assure you that it left our shop looking beautiful. As for the size, it is a larger arrangement, at least two feet in height. Again, the photo doesn't translate size very well. If you wish to discuss further please call us and we would be happy to speak with you more!

Yes, per our phone conversation, we were replacing this floral arrangement with something more to your liking. However, due to your impatience, we were forced to cancel the order as you did not allow us more than 10 minutes to make this right for you. Designing takes time, especially thoughtful design with specific instruction.

I have issued your partial refund, but wanted to reiterate that this arrangement is indeed filled to value and follows your requested guidelines to a T, as best as we can interpret since we cannot read your mind. In the future, should you need flowers, we recommend going elsewhere as you clearly have unreasonable expectations. Perhaps your florist friend can assist you in the future.

Thanks for speaking with me on the phone this morning, Vicki. It is very hard to tell the size of our plants in the photos. I can assure you this is our large size peace lily, not the small. The porcelain pot is 10 inches wide at the top and nearly 4 feet tall. When your daughter sees it in person she will be able to let you know the exact size. Thanks again!

I apologize for your displeasure, however I can assure you the arrangement was filled to value. This arrangement include premium roses and stock as well as miniature lilies and mums. The standard size for this is much smaller, about a third of the size you received. Much of the value in these arrangements goes toward the actual keepsake angel itself as it is handcrafted porcelain. Hope this helps you better understand, thank you.

We attempted to call you, but instead reached out via email as your phone number didn't seem to have a voicemail option. I am sorry you were disappointed with the arrangement, but wanted to give you some insight on the pricing. The cost of flowers was filled to value at $65, this is our standard median price for a small arrangement. Included here are premium flowers; Sunflowers, roses, and tulips, as requested, which greatly diminishes our size options as premium flowers cost more per stem. As for the additional fees, usually delivery is $12.95, but you needed this delivered by 10:30AM this morning, tacking on a rush fee of $10. Note, it was delivered even earlier at 10AM. You paid $3.45 in tax, which is standard Virginia state sales tax. As far as appropriateness for a teenager, we gave this to one of our younger designers who has about 7 years of experience, staring from age 19. We thought this was a fun, natural-feeling, artistic arrangement. Please get back into contact with us ASAP so we can discuss further and make it right for you.

Hi Gail,
This arrangement was priced at $50, our smallest starting price. The balloon, tax, and delivery fee were added for a total of $72.87. Our flowers are priced as they are due to their quality & freshness. Our arrangements, when watered properly, last a minimum of a week, guaranteed. We are sorry that you believe Walmart can do better, but we do not agree. In fact, the local Walmart stores in the valley order flowers from us for their special occasions. After nearly 40 years of business, we think we may have a bit more experience. Thank you!

Hi Angela,
I am so sorry this happened. Our driver delivered the flowers to Oakey's Vinton at 11am on Saturday, as is common practice for a Sunday service. They were left in the back room, tagged with his name and your card message, as we do for all funeral home orders. After that point we do not know if they were brought to the wrong funeral by the employees or what occured. We are getting into contact with the funeral home and will be in touch with you ASAP when we get to the bottom of this problem. Sam Oakey actually has George's direct cell phone number. He really should have reached out to him immediately, as he is available for troubleshooting 24/7. This could have been resolved much sooner. Thank you for your patience as we work this out for you.

Hi Patsy,
I am sorry you were not pleased, however, what was sent is what was pictured. If you saw something that was in a different container it sounds like someone at the funeral home could have switched cards. I assure you, I put this item together and it was hand delivered by our team. As we discussed, the upgrade that was purchased is the same size plant in a ceramic container with a sympathy bow instead of the standard price which is in plastic with a spring color bow. I'm sorry you were disappointed, but it sounds like someone swapped your arrangement for theirs.

So sorry you didn't feel the arrangement was large enough. I can assure you, this was filled to value. The photo doesn't quite do justice for the size. It measured approximately 22" tall by 18" wide. If you would like to discuss this further, please give me a call @ 540-981-0900.

Hello Davis,
I'm sorry you're unhappy with the arrangement. We assure you that the dish garden was valued at our standard of $40. The addition of the orchid was $15 to add aesthetic value & not size. Had you chosen a larger dish garden, $50, $60, $70, or $100, the size of the garden would have been increased. Adding cut flowers just does not increase size, I'm sorry if you were given that impression.
