Wow that s 75.00 worth of flowers??? Walmart needs to start delivering. Oh well the woman that took my order was very nice but that arrangement I m not impressed.

This arrangement was priced at $50, our smallest starting price. The balloon, tax, and delivery fee were added for a total of $72.87. Our flowers are priced as they are due to their quality & freshness. Our arrangements, when watered properly, last a minimum of a week, guaranteed. We are sorry that you believe Walmart can do better, but we do not agree. In fact, the local Walmart stores in the valley order flowers from us for their special occasions. After nearly 40 years of business, we think we may have a bit more experience. Thank you!

I am so sorry this happened. Our driver delivered the flowers to Oakey's Vinton at 11am on Saturday, as is common practice for a Sunday service. They were left in the back room, tagged with his name and your card message, as we do for all funeral home orders. After that point we do not know if they were brought to the wrong funeral by the employees or what occured. We are getting into contact with the funeral home and will be in touch with you ASAP when we get to the bottom of this problem. Sam Oakey actually has George's direct cell phone number. He really should have reached out to him immediately, as he is available for troubleshooting 24/7. This could have been resolved much sooner. Thank you for your patience as we work this out for you.

This is definitely not what the flowers that arrived looked like. Very disappointed. There were no red and green carnations as I was told there would be, no ribbon and an entirely different vase. I will think again the next time I need to order flowers

I called Georges the morning after I went to the funeral home and saw these flowers. I was not happy with their response. First, this is not what was sent. I ordered the upgrade and what was sent was the yellow pot, not what is pictured. I was ashamed of

If you saw something that was in a different container it sounds like someone at the funeral home could have switched cards. I assure you, I put this item together and it was hand delivered by our team. As we discussed, the upgrade that was purchased is the same size plant in a ceramic container with a sympathy bow instead of the standard price which is in plastic with a spring color bow. I'm sorry you were disappointed, but it sounds like someone swapped your arrangement for theirs.

I hope these aren't the flowers that were sent. After calling speaking with someone the situation was resolved. I will give a better review for the correct order and the change of the arrangement.

Had you chosen a larger dish garden, $50, $60, $70, or $100, the size of the garden would have been increased. Adding cut flowers just does not increase size, I'm sorry if you were given that impression.

I'm sorry you were expecting more flowers. We elected to use premium flowers such as lilies, delphinium, snapdragons and bells of Ireland in the mix and to create a more stylized design. The Spray is over 5 feet tall and was done to value.
A fuller, more traditional look could have been achieved by using only carnations, mums and alstromeria, but as this order was left to our discretion, we elected to do something more distinctive.

I can't believe I paid 101.00 for this arrangement. It was by far the ugliest one at the service. The 2 small potted flowers were just put in the basket - no moss or even paper covering the dirt and pots. The bow had cut out flowers in it and no sympathy

The roses are pink, but online they are lavender. Is there any dark purple gillyflower in this? I only see statice. I picked this bouquet specifically for all the purple.
