Is this correct one? I thought the arrangement would be blue and white with more hydrangeas. Do not like the snapdragons and purple flowers. This does not look like a $150 arrangement.

Hi, thank you for the photo. I am a little disappointed in it. I had asked for no purple, and from the photo it appears that some of the flowers are close to purple. I cannot tell if there are any peonies or ranunculus in the arrangement but I had requested those. as well. Frankly, it doesn't look like a spring arrangement. Thank you for your inquiry.

I also mentioned several times that we do not have peonies and likely were out of ranunculus, so we would try to find something similar to add in. Those flowers were never guaranteed in your arrangement. However, there were two pink ranunculus in the arrangement.

Looks like you paid $60 for a small size bright color mix arrangement with no pink and a camo bow. They were even able to add premium gerbera daisies in there for you, so I'm not sure what we could have done to better fit the request. I'm sorry you weren't satisfied.

I was not overly excited about the quality of the roses. I felt many of them were blown. I expected higher quality from a florist versus Kroger. I also requested early delivery to add some excitement to the school day and they got delivered as close to the 1:00 end time as possible, so the teachers just picked them up on their way home. It was a little disappointing.

I ordered roses for Valentines Day on Jan.31,2023. I paid extra to have the flowers delivered by 1:00pm . The flowers was delivered at 1:27pm. I tried to call your shop but you were not accepting calls. I went to your shop and was given a $15.00 credit for the late delivery. The lady who received the flowers said the Babies Breath looked as if it was thrown into the middle of the vase . This is the first time I have purchased flowers from you. Needless to say I am not at all pleased. Also I requested to unsubscribe me from the numerous emails I receive from you. Nobody knew how to do this but assured me they would take care of the emails. I saw the request that I call your establishment if I had a problem. I tried and you were not accepting phone calls.

It doesn't do any good to see the picture prior to delivery if there's nothing you can do about it if it's wrong. No one could be reached because the store was closed but the flowers got delivered anyway. The spray was beautiful but it only covered one side of the casket. It looked terrible at the burial site.

We were open and you did speak with someone about this. The issue was that you had requested lilies. At no point in the phone call did you ask for "calla lilies" which are different than regular lilies and special order. We told you we couldn't make the changes you requested as we did not order calla lilies since they weren't specifically requested. It wasn't a matter of being closed or unwilling to change, it was a miscommunication. As for the back of the casket spray being bare, that is typical of any draping casket spray, it only drapes to one side. Usually services are held on one side of the casket. If we had been informed that the casket would be viewed from all sides we could have offered you options for that as well. So sorry, but we did our best with the information you provided.

This is my least favorite version of all the flowers you have made for my mother in law. They have always been beautiful and creative. These just don't have any real style or capture the aesthetic of the photo I went by. Disappointed.

The arrangement was an all around design in a 10" tall glass cylinder. The arrangement was between 28"-30" in height and was filled to value.

I was looking forward to seeing a picture. Unfortunately, picture and receipt were not received until after delivery due to being sent to the wrong number. The design was not as ordered, though the description on my receipt seems clear enough. Low rating is for lack of attention to detail. I know this is not typical of your service.

I'm going to be honest, for the money, They are okay, not crazy with the colors, was hoping for more brighter colors. Had requested a bright colors as a pick me up bouquet. It seems depressing to me. You all come highly recommended, just surprised.

Considering I spent $170 that does not look particularly impressive. I was told it would have premium flowers and I just see a few roses.

The flowers were $150 and is it huge, standing at over 3 feet tall and 3 feet wide. The roses, sunflowers, and blue delphinium are all premium flowers.

Just picked up the corsages from Georges. Not impressed with the wristlet. They were mini white roses and the tips of the flowers were brown. They did not look fresh, I was disappointed but there was nothing I could do because the corsage is needed today. 😕

The flowers were great. However I ordered the arrangement with the angle in it not the cross. So I wasn't pleased! If I had wanted the cross I would have placed the order for that arrangement!
