This is not a nice looking arrangement or is it the fall bright color of flowers that I requested. In my opioion Not worth what we paid for these.

It's also worth noting that you ordered with two different people. On this specific order you did not ask our rep for bright colors, it was simply a seasonal designer's choice.

Disappointed, some of the sunflower petals were already wilting. Asked the staff to replace one of the sunflowers which they did. The greenery looked fresh. Overpriced, I could have found a better deal at a supermarket.

If you were this unhappy with the arrangement when you picked it up you should have let us know so we could make it right. You definitely could not get the same quality from the grocery store as their flowers are always much older than ours, perhaps cheaper but definitely sub par quality. You are also the first person to complain about one of our cheapest, most affordable designs of which we sell hundreds a year.

I am not at all happy with that bouquet. I said I positively did not want it to look like fall and it definitely does. I asked for many interesting fillers which I don't see, and I asked to be sure there were roses and barely see any.

Disappointed in this arrangement. It does not live up to the Front Porch Daisies featured on your website. Instead of “brimming with white daisies and minimal greenery” it is brimming with greenery and the daisies do not appear to be the freshest. In addition, the choice of a green bow instead of yellow just highlights the overpowering greenery. I have been ordering flowers from George's for many years and this is my first disappointment. 🙁 Getting a photo is wonderful! Unfortunately, you sent the photo to my husband's email instead of mine… not sure why… I am just seeing it… flowers have surely been delivered.

If you had waited a moment for me to respond I was letting you know that it is the same amount of stems as the photo online, they just have not fully opened yet. Once they get to their destination the warmth of the room will cause them to open and appear more full. We receive our floral deliveries on Mondays, so they are still very fresh and unopened flowers tend to look smaller. I assure you there are the same amount of stems as the photo. The photos online reflect what they will look like once they are more open at their destination. The delivery was our lowest rate, at $12.95.

Your flowers delivered to church at 9:37 am on the day of service. Unless someone placed flowers in a hot or toxic room.

The pale pink roses and lavender carnation should have been bright and bold like the sunflowers, especially since I asked for " bright colors". Wasn't up to your usual standards.

If you go by the size of the gerbera daisies and sunflowers as reference, those are about 4 inches wide each. Judging that way, you can see it is about 24 inches wide and about the same height. I can see how the downward angle of the photo can make it look small, but it is definitely nice and big. Please give us a call if you have any further questions!

I am rating the flowers a 5 but I am rating the delivery service a 1. I think it is criminal to charge over $30.00 for a very local Roanoke delivery and not have the order there by 11 am delivery. Please clarify what an “am” delivery means! I paid $1

Every flower that you requested is a premium flower and I can guarantee you this is filled to value. You requested Here Comes the Sun, which is all premium sunflowers and roses, in a tall vase with lilies and iris added. This is designed in the style of Here Comes the Sun, in a tall vase, with the requested flowers. This is exactly what you asked for. I am sorry you are unhappy with it, but in listening to the phone call, we did inform you carnations were in it and you did not mention disliking carnations. And you even mentioned on the call that you were looking at the picture of the item. We will not deliver it if you insist it will make you cry.

I assure you, it is the same size as pictured online, filled to value with all flowers included, 6 yellow roses, 6 sunflowers, and solidago accent. The photos don't always do the arrangements justice.

The instructions are for soft pinks with white or creams, to include green hydrangea, elegant/classic look. This is designed all around so it can be viewed from any angle and George even commented he felt it perfectly matched the elegant look that was requested. Sorry, not satisfied. Way too plain. Do not like the lack of variety and do not like the lack of colors—need some purples and blues added In. For the price especially not what I wanted.

The container that was requested took up much of the cost. Our arrangements are priced by size and usually our smallest arrangement will start at $50. At $60 we were not left with much to work with (once the price of the container came out) when it came to flowers. Even still, we were able to involve some miniature lilies along with carnations and daisies. In the future if you would prefer premium flowers you need to make that known so that we are able to give you a more accurate pricing estimate.
