The above pix makes this arrangement look much larger than it actually was. We were very disappointed in the size when we got to the funeral home. There were arrangements in vases that were larger. I will send a pix to your customer service email.

Not a Spring wildflower arrangement. Daisies in center were garish.

This plant needed more flowers. We were not pleased with appearance.

No happy, requested a vase!!! Will be on a touring bus, too much money for the finished product. Staff 5 star! Missed the request!!

It's pretty...but for the price paid, I would have expected something nicer than Carnations.

I like getting the photo; however this is not as pictured on your website. No purple or white tulips included. I realize the order was placed today; however, if you do not have the supply of flowers as shown then it should be marked out of stock as some other items. I would have chose a different arrangement had I known this was the case. I don't feel the arrangement you prepared is worth the $85 price tag since it does not include all the colors. Disappointed. But I'm very happy I was able to order this morning and have it delivered today. Just wish I had been contacted that the order was not going to be filled with the flowers shown so I had the option of changing the order.

Not what I was expecting. I thought it would contain more variety of flowers!

If these are the actual flowers, I'm really disappointed. I asked for an arrangement of pinks, blues, lavenders, purples and whites. This is not what I asked for. $75—- really???

Am disappointed with the size of the arrangement for the money. Not what I normally see from your shop. I've seen the actual arrangement.

I was a little disappointed in the size of the casket spray. We had ordered the premium size and I didn't think it was full enough and the sprays were not as full either. However, I did appreciate the photos before hand. They were delivered promptly also. Thank you for everything. Kathryn Matherly

This is the very first time I have ever been disappointed with an order. These are not the flowers I requested and the palette does not at all match what I asked for. I hope they have not been delivered yet. I'd like them held back.

Will the glads be open for service tomorrow? Purple is more of a magenta than a deep purple

Hello thank you for showing me. I like that you care for your customers input!! It looks fine but I truly liked the sample online better. The colors of flowers had more pop! These flowers appear more dull & lacking excitement

Very disappointed in the graveside basket I purchased. It was very sparse. Not filled out at all. Very poor quality. I paid $200 for this. Not at all worth the money

This is not a nice looking arrangement or is it the fall bright color of flowers that I requested. In my opioion Not worth what we paid for these.

Disappointed, some of the sunflower petals were already wilting. Asked the staff to replace one of the sunflowers which they did. The greenery looked fresh. Overpriced, I could have found a better deal at a supermarket.

I am not at all happy with that bouquet. I said I positively did not want it to look like fall and it definitely does. I asked for many interesting fillers which I don't see, and I asked to be sure there were roses and barely see any.

Disappointed in this arrangement. It does not live up to the Front Porch Daisies featured on your website. Instead of “brimming with white daisies and minimal greenery” it is brimming with greenery and the daisies do not appear to be the freshest. In addition, the choice of a green bow instead of yellow just highlights the overpowering greenery. I have been ordering flowers from George's for many years and this is my first disappointment. 🙁 Getting a photo is wonderful! Unfortunately, you sent the photo to my husband's email instead of mine… not sure why… I am just seeing it… flowers have surely been delivered.
