The flowers were great. However I ordered the arrangement with the angle in it not the cross. So I wasn't pleased! If I had wanted the cross I would have placed the order for that arrangement!

We didn't want you to get nothing, so we stated in multiple voicemails and emails that we would be sending a hydrangea garden if we didn't hear back from you. We tried for two days to get in touch, but you never got back to us. Please call us to discuss further!

The above pix makes this arrangement look much larger than it actually was. We were very disappointed in the size when we got to the funeral home. There were arrangements in vases that were larger. I will send a pix to your customer service email.

I like getting the photo; however this is not as pictured on your website. No purple or white tulips included. I realize the order was placed today; however, if you do not have the supply of flowers as shown then it should be marked out of stock as some other items. I would have chose a different arrangement had I known this was the case. I don't feel the arrangement you prepared is worth the $85 price tag since it does not include all the colors. Disappointed. But I'm very happy I was able to order this morning and have it delivered today. Just wish I had been contacted that the order was not going to be filled with the flowers shown so I had the option of changing the order.

I was a little disappointed in the size of the casket spray. We had ordered the premium size and I didn't think it was full enough and the sprays were not as full either. However, I did appreciate the photos before hand. They were delivered promptly also. Thank you for everything. Kathryn Matherly

The casket spray and the wreaths you ordered are in line with what was shown on the website. The wreaths measure about 22" in diameter and placed on a 54" easel. The casket spray you ordered measures 24" in length.

Due to the busy holiday some substitutions had to be made as far as colors, but it is definitely still filled to value and full of fall color.

I can assure you this was filled to value, as it was created by our owner, George. As you can see in the photo, it has many premium roses and if you consider the overall size of the arrangement being nearly 3 ft wide it is indeed large and full. The photo shows some dark spots where the lighting blends the filler in with the greenery and it appears empty, but I assure you it is full and up to value.

It's also worth noting that you ordered with two different people. On this specific order you did not ask our rep for bright colors, it was simply a seasonal designer's choice.

If you were this unhappy with the arrangement when you picked it up you should have let us know so we could make it right. You definitely could not get the same quality from the grocery store as their flowers are always much older than ours, perhaps cheaper but definitely sub par quality. You are also the first person to complain about one of our cheapest, most affordable designs of which we sell hundreds a year.
