Half wilted and roses not fresh not true. With 9773 five star reviews out of 10697, we do not send out wilted or not fresh product. Your "oh Well Live and Learn" says it all about your review. Your flowers delivered to church at 9:37 am on the day of service. Unless someone placed flowers in a hot or toxic room.

Hi Carolyn, Is it the size that is bothering you? I can assure you this basket is quite large. If you go by the size of the gerbera daisies and sunflowers as reference, those are about 4 inches wide each. Judging that way, you can see it is about 24 inches wide and about the same height. I can see how the downward angle of the photo can make it look small, but it is definitely nice and big. Please give us a call if you have any further questions!

I am sorry you were disappointed with your arrangement. However, I think it is worth noting the size, value, and what was discussed upon ordering. This arrangement is at least 2 feet tall. Every flower that you requested is a premium flower and I can guarantee you this is filled to value. You requested Here Comes the Sun, which is all premium sunflowers and roses, in a tall vase with lilies and iris added. This is designed in the style of Here Comes the Sun, in a tall vase, with the requested flowers. This is exactly what you asked for. We attempted to contact you via telephone to discuss this with you, but did not get an answer.

The arrangement you ordered was a designer's choice. This means the designer picks the flowers. If there are certain flowers you do not like, you need to be placing a custom order. Hi Helene,
When this order was placed the arrangement was described as white carnations and lilies in a basket. I am sorry you are unhappy with it, but in listening to the phone call, we did inform you carnations were in it and you did not mention disliking carnations. And you even mentioned on the call that you were looking at the picture of the item. We will not deliver it if you insist it will make you cry.

Hi Melissa,
In the photo you are only seeing the front of the arrangement so it is difficult to see all of the flowers. I assure you, it is the same size as pictured online, filled to value with all flowers included, 6 yellow roses, 6 sunflowers, and solidago accent. The photos don't always do the arrangements justice.

Perhaps there was a miscommunication, as our designers believe they have made this to your exact specifications. Elegant means different things to different people, in the future maybe you can provide more detail for our designers. The instructions are for soft pinks with white or creams, to include green hydrangea, elegant/classic look. This is designed all around so it can be viewed from any angle and George even commented he felt it perfectly matched the elegant look that was requested. Hi Kaylin,
The container that was requested took up much of the cost. Our arrangements are priced by size and usually our smallest arrangement will start at $50. At $60 we were not left with much to work with (once the price of the container came out) when it came to flowers. Even still, we were able to involve some miniature lilies along with carnations and daisies. In the future if you would prefer premium flowers you need to make that known so that we are able to give you a more accurate pricing estimate.

You requested a ceramic container "if possible" and unfortunately it was not possible. We do not have a ceramic container this plant will fit, plus that would be a $30 upgrade you would have to cover. We cannot put more greenery as it would cover the plant too much and be unhealthy for it. Please call with any further questions or concerns. 540-981-0900

Hi Mary Kay,
A couple things, this arrangement was priced at $50 for a total of $62.60 with tax & delivery. It was requested that this arrangement have as many long-lasting flowers in it as possible which is why there are not many roses. While our roses are rated to last at least a week with the right care, many people do not consider them long-lasting and we did not want to disappoint. I am sorry you are unhappy with the arrangement, but I assure you that it was filled to the $50 value & met all specifications made by Dean.

In the title of that item it is indicated that the "mug shape may vary." That is explained very clearly when you order. Our mugs always vary depending on availability. Your order also indicates you ordered a quantity of 1 mylar balloon at the price of $5. Hope you have a nice day!
