The flowers are fantastic. The attitude and customer service are not. If you want to pay more for better flowers and don't care about anything else, this is the place for you. If you would like to pay more for better flowers AND also want to be spoken

When we spoke on the phone you were given the option of picking an alternative container of your choosing or changing the arrangement entirely. Per our second conversation, after we saw your review, you were informed that the arrangement had not gone out for delivery yet & could still be changed to suit your preference. However, you opted to send this arrangement as pictured.

I assure you that despite the lack of roses, your arrangement was filled to value; Gerbera daisies are the same price as roses and hydrangea are quite expensive premium flowers as well.

I asked for blue hydrangeas and I see green. I envisioned blue hydrangeas (I would think at least 3) as the focal point surrounded by the daisies. Yes, I am disappointed, especially for this price.

VERY DISSAPPOINTED. I HAVE PURCHASED FROM GEORGES MANY TIMES BEFORE. THESE ROSES LOOK GOOD IN THE PICTURE , BUT THIS MORNING THEY ARE WILTED AND COMPLETELY OPENED UP WITH THE PETALS FALLING OFF, DOUBT I WILL BE BACK.

Thomas, we are so sorry that the orchid wasn't to your liking. As I said on the phone, orchids grow large, heavy blooms on thin stems, so we give them a little support by giving them a stick to hold on to - not unlike ivy on a trellis.
As I also said, we would be happy to replace the orchid with something more to your liking at a similar value of 59.95, which is what you paid for the plant.
Please feel free to give me a call back at 540-981-0900 if you decide you would like a nice, leafy green plant with some cut flowers as a replacement.

I did ask the designers to replace the orange Gerbera daisies with pink ones to make your gift more pink. You should be receiving another picture soon. Misty
Kimberly, I wanted to point our the design you referenced "It's your day bouquet" is 16" tall. The designer created a vase arrangement approx 22-24" tall - a larger design with premium flowers. The "it's your day Bouquet" features mini carnations, carnations, mums, solidago and roses. I wanted to make sure you were aware of how the 2 designs differ. George

I believe you were informed that at 33.00 your floral vase would be petite - small - and that our designer would arranged as large as possible for amount spent. I feel our designer did a great job for your order total.

This looks very different from the picture on your web site. There are far fewer roses than in the web picture and maybe it's just the lighting in this picture but it looks more like purple flowers than blue and they clash with the bright blue ribbon. I

Clint, your floral design was 69.95 Delivery was 12.95 and sales tax of 3.71 . You ordered at 9:09 am on day of delivery. you needed delivery by 2pm - we delivered by 12:38PM. to Salem -
