Lauren, I apologize for your later than normal delivery. Our lead deliver team member took very ill after consuming bad food during the day. I and another George's non delivery person had to take over for him on a very busy day to complete all delivery runs for the day. This delivery being off the 7700 + address number of Bent Mountain Road puts this one last on the run. I myself delivered. George

Thomas, we are so sorry that the orchid wasn't to your liking. As I said on the phone, orchids grow large, heavy blooms on thin stems, so we give them a little support by giving them a stick to hold on to - not unlike ivy on a trellis.
As I also said, we would be happy to replace the orchid with something more to your liking at a similar value of 59.95, which is what you paid for the plant.
Please feel free to give me a call back at 540-981-0900 if you decide you would like a nice, leafy green plant with some cut flowers as a replacement.

I'll be honest with you. I paid 79 plus the balloon fee. I don't think this looks any better than this from your website which is cheaper. https://www.georgesflowers.com/its-your-day-bouquet/ I was expecting more and am a little disapointed.

The "it's your day Bouquet" features mini carnations, carnations, mums, solidago and roses. I wanted to make sure you were aware of how the 2 designs differ. George

I believe you were informed that at 33.00 your floral vase would be petite - small - and that our designer would arranged as large as possible for amount spent. I feel our designer did a great job for your order total.

This looks very different from the picture on your web site. There are far fewer roses than in the web picture and maybe it's just the lighting in this picture but it looks more like purple flowers than blue and they clash with the bright blue ribbon. I

Where are the flowers? So much greenery is not like the on-line photo that advertised the arrangement. Hopefully, additional flowering will take place before the funeral. Sorry, but, not exactly what I expected for over $100.00.

Vickie, I am sorry that you were disappointed. Our designer substituted large orange roses for the smaller spray roses - using the same color, the greenery was changed however the overall look and colors of the design stayed the same. We have no problem in replacing the design for you.

Ann, we utilize a recipe for our designs. your item calls for 6 white roses and 5 star of Bethlehem - our designer did not guild the greenery with gold. we are correcting that issue and will resend the image to you.

The agent made this arrangement seem larger than it really was. It is a pretty arrangement but not worth the price I paid. I wish I had given a donation to the charity of the family's choice.

Lisa, your sympathy tribute design was 30" tall, comprised of beautiful pacific delphinium, roses, gerbera daisies, oriental lilies. Rating a 2 when you ordered at 12:34pm and visitation started at 2pm with us delivering by 2:01 seems really unfair.
