The price of the arrangement you ordered was $50, which is the starting price for our small size arrangements, which was discussed with you. The starting price for small is only guaranteed to include carnations, mums, and daisies. If you would like roses in your arrangement an upgrade must be purchased to reflect the premium flower price. I see here on the order you did request roses, carnations, and stock in purples, pinks, yellows, whites, and oranges specifically. In the future, should you specifically want pink roses, please be sure to make that known. Otherwise, the designers will choose anything matching the given description. In this case they chose orange roses, two of which are displayed around the back.

We do not deliver wrapped bouquets except to graves with their own vase, this is company policy. Your arrangement was sent in a thick glass cube, not a "disposable vase." Also, you can judge size by the flowers. You requested stargazer lilies, which are at least 5 inches in diameter. Clearly, you can see two side by side in this image, making the arrangement larger than 10 inches across. If you are unhappy with the arrangement or unclear on size it is always best to inquire prior to posting accusatory reviews. Our sales people are trained to best assist you according to our policy and your custom requests.

Hi Jackie,
As we discussed, our medium arrangements range from $75-100, large being over $100. Because you asked for artistic and unique design, we included mostly premium flowers in your design at a medium size since you said the design was most important. In the future, should you want a larger arrangement, you would need to budget for over $100. However, I would like to point out that this arrangement is about two feet tall, so it is definitely not small. Hope this helps you better understand.

Hi Cindy,
I can assure you, this arrangement has the same number of flowers as the photo online, this photo is just from a more downward angle so you can see them more. Also, I would like to point out that the roses are extremely tight, not open at all. Not sure how you can judge them as "almost open." This has already been delivered, but in the future should you have concerns like this please call us before posting a review so we have the opportunity to correct any errors.

This item has not gone out for delivery yet, so we will remake it for you with more earth tones and oranges. However, we do consider the item pictured as a fall theme. Oranges, reds, yellows, and purple accents are what we regularly use for our fall arrangements and you had requested a mix of dark and bright colors. We will send you a photo of the new arrangement once it's complete.

Hi Jane,
Thanks for chatting with me on the phone. Just to reiterate our conversation, this is a full-premium arrangement. Every flower in this vase is premium priced, so while this is considered a large arrangement (suitable for a dining table) the size is effected by the cost of each flower. This contains 9 roses and 9 sunflowers with greenery and solidago in a premium globe vase. In the future, if you are looking for a larger size at a similar price point, a mixed arrangement may be a better option for you. That way we can add more size by adding more flowers that are less than the premium priced cuts. The more expensive the flower, the less you can use in the design. It is also worth noting that the sunflowers will open much more over time giving it a more full look.

Hi Becky,
I was just listening over your recorded call for this order and would like to point out a few things for you. Firstly, this arrangement is designed to be viewed from all angles, so there are several hydrangea in the back of the arrangement that are not visible in the photo. Second, in the call you do not mention a dislike of asparagus fern. Third, there are 4 large pieces of blue hydrangea in this arrangement. I also think it is worth noting that you do not request extra blue in the call. You mention he liked it, but you do not ask for there to be more blue than white. Fourth, it was made as tall as the design would allow given the types of flowers requested. Hydrangea have shorter stems and while, this is not towering, it is as tall as it could be without looking silly or having the requested bells of Ireland appear antennae-like. As I designer yourself, we hope you can understand these subtle nuances that led to the arrangement you see here.

Hi Ann,
You've spoken with George this morning, but wanted to give you a quick rundown here as well. While this arrangement does have mums, it is also packed with premium flowers as well, gerbera daisies, roses, stock, and hydrangea. I would also like to note, you picked this arrangement out. Originally this is not what you ordered, but you called and changed it to this arrangement instead. This type of arrangement is recipe based and was made to include all the things that are pictured online, so we are not sure what you were expecting to be different.

In speaking with my designer who created this arrangement for you, she has the recipe for this one with 4 roses total. The photo definitely could be from a better angle so you can see them better, but they are all there. Since this design is to be viewed from any side, there are some roses tucked into the back.
