Oranges, reds, yellows, and purple accents are what we regularly use for our fall arrangements and you had requested a mix of dark and bright colors. Hi Jane,
Thanks for chatting with me on the phone. Just to reiterate our conversation, this is a full-premium arrangement. Every flower in this vase is premium priced, so while this is considered a large arrangement (suitable for a dining table) the size is effected by the cost of each flower. This contains 9 roses and 9 sunflowers with greenery and solidago in a premium globe vase. In the future, if you are looking for a larger size at a similar price point, a mixed arrangement may be a better option for you. That way we can add more size by adding more flowers that are less than the premium priced cuts. The more expensive the flower, the less you can use in the design. It is also worth noting that the sunflowers will open much more over time giving it a more full look.

Hi Becky,
I was just listening over your recorded call for this order and would like to point out a few things for you. Firstly, this arrangement is designed to be viewed from all angles, so there are several hydrangea in the back of the arrangement that are not visible in the photo. Second, in the call you do not mention a dislike of asparagus fern. Third, there are 4 large pieces of blue hydrangea in this arrangement. I also think it is worth noting that you do not request extra blue in the call. You mention he liked it, but you do not ask for there to be more blue than white. Fourth, it was made as tall as the design would allow given the types of flowers requested. Hydrangea have shorter stems and while, this is not towering, it is as tall as it could be without looking silly or having the requested bells of Ireland appear antennae-like. As I designer yourself, we hope you can understand these subtle nuances that led to the arrangement you see here.

Hi Ann,
You've spoken with George this morning, but wanted to give you a quick rundown here as well. While this arrangement does have mums, it is also packed with premium flowers as well, gerbera daisies, roses, stock, and hydrangea. I would also like to note, you picked this arrangement out. Originally this is not what you ordered, but you called and changed it to this arrangement instead. This type of arrangement is recipe based and was made to include all the things that are pictured online, so we are not sure what you were expecting to be different.

In speaking with my designer who created this arrangement for you, she has the recipe for this one with 4 roses total. The photo definitely could be from a better angle so you can see them better, but they are all there. Since this design is to be viewed from any side, there are some roses tucked into the back. Hi Elizabeth,

We're sorry you weren't pleased with the arrangement. It appears on the order you had asked for a vased arrangement priced at $60, bright and perky with gerbera daisies, mixes of purple, pinks, yellows, greens and blues. Because gerberas are considered premium flowers and our starting price for a small vase is $50, we did not have much wiggle room as far as size is concerned. I hope this helps you better understand!

Unfortunately it appears this was delivered about an hour prior to you posting your review. The plants in this arrangement do always vary according to availability, so no two are alike. However, this planter actually has an extra plant there in the front to make up for the slightly smaller size of the kalanchoe, so I can assure you it is filled to value. In the future, if you have any questions or concerns, please call us ASAP instead of posting a review as these do not always come to us quickly and we would like to resolve any problems you may have as soon as possible. Hi Marnie,
Thank you for the feedback! I assure you this arrangement is filled to value and does include the green spider mums, in the photo I see three and a couple are tucked in the back as well. I know it is hard to see in the photo, but this arrangement is almost 3 feet tall, large and full of premium flowers.

We're sorry you're disappointed with basket you ordered. We'd just like to point out the price of the actual item sent was $75, with $3.98 tax, and $12.95 delivery. Each of the plants included in this basket are in 6" growers pots, and individually retail for at least $30 each, placed in a basket with a decorative bow. The overall size of the basket with the plants is about 20" wide, and at least 21" tall.

Hi Terri,
It is very hard to tell the size in this photo, but I can assure you this arrangement was almost three feet wide and at least two and a half feet tall, filling the value. As far as the delivery fee, you placed this order to be delivered to a funeral home located at the farthest end of our delivery area. For these instances we charge $1 per mile to cover our gas costs and to pay our driver. Your delivery was 30 miles round trip, perfectly justifying the delivery fee. In the future, if you do not feel our fees are correct you can call and place an order directly with a sales person and have them breakdown the costs for you.
