This does not look like the picture I saw on-line.I am not happy with the large lilly. I am afraid of the strong odor of the lilly for someone who just had surgery.

I couldn't be more disappointed in the floral arrangement. It certainly doesn't look like a $200 arrangement! I was embarrassed when I saw it at Money and King st the wake last night. I can no longer trust Karins for my floral orders.

The main reason the arrangement didn't look like the photo was that the lilies were very fresh and not open at the time of the photo. Once the lilies had a chance to open they will be very pretty and look more like the photo. Also, the other colors in the arrangement will complement them nicely like the website photo. Can you re-arrange the flowers? two peach gerbera daisies looks better when they are next to each other like the web-photo. Also, white tulips can you make it look up? or hold its stem so it doesn't look like they are drooping, facing the floor.

I don't think the flowers are arranged very pretty. I thought for the amount spent, the arrangement would have been larger. The dark red roses were not a good choice. The colors don't pop the way I had hoped, Not at all what I had imagined it would look.

Premium bouquet is lacking -- it appears the designer added extra filler and replaced 4 white roses with orange roses and a few iris' with semi-open iris' Very disappointing.

This was the worst experience I have had with Karins. It will be the last. Here is why... when I sent flowers to my wife they die within a few days and are twice as expensive as other Florists. I saw the flower that we had sent to the DeCampli funeral
