I have been ordering from Karin's for years & I never experienced an arrangement that I was disappointed in. However, first time for everything! This was a Valentine's Day gift to my husband! The designer must have been experimenting at the time

Hugely disappointing arrangement because within 24 hours, some flowers were visibly limp and sagging. Even the helium filled balloon was on the floor after 24 hours. Worst arrangement we have received from Karin's in the 10 years I have been a customer.

Delivery was timely, but flowers weren't fresh. We filled with water, but they were wilted by next day.

Hello James, Thank you for your review. We appreciate it very much! The original order was for a vase of purple and white flowers and some other colors. Our designer chose to use a taller vase. When we found out that flowers were dying we sent a replacement out the same day. The designer chose a shorter vase arrangement with lots of orchids that are premium flowers that do hold up better. We are so sorry for your disappointment and we hope you enjoy the replacement arrangement.

Although the arrangement was lovely, the first delivery was of a different arrangement addressed to a different recipient. When my friend pointed this out while returning it to the delivery man, he replied that all flowers and addresses look alike to him

Please accept our sincere apologies! We did send out a replacement the same day as requested. We have a long reputation of taking good care of our customers and very seldom do we have an issue. When there is an issue we appreciate knowing about it so we can continue to train our staff so this doesn't happen again. Ordering was a pain as the person was not listening and I had to repeat myself several times, then they assumed that I was good and ready to hang up, but since I had to repeat myself several times, I had THEM repeat my order to confirm. Will not be using

I paid extra to get my wedding anniversary flowers to my wife. T hey didn't arrive until she had alreadyleft. I have been doing business with Karin's for 34 years. I try to support local longtime business owners but it is hard when these things happen.

Flowers did not meet expectations. Client refused to pay for the arrangement. I asked for very tall for. 1 buffet table in a very large high ceiling room. Is it possible to see arrangements before you deliver?

I honestly think this looks pretty puney. I am very disappointed. You got the idea of “inside”, but it needs some height inside.

Hello Nancy, Thank you so much for your review and it was good to speak with you! The photo does not do this justice----so sorry. The glare on the vase blocks the view of the 3 beautiful cymbidium orchids sitting on a bed of clear round marbles. Also, in person the bear grass wrapped inside gives movement to the arrangement. I'm sure the recipient will enjoy the arrangement and your thoughtfulness!

Hi, I am sorry, I do not like the arrangements! I was thinking taller with more cut flowers. I had specifically said that I do not like round arrangements like the small one. Taller, more exoctic .

Hello Mrs. Rose, Thank you for your review and we did get your email on 9/11. I did call and we had a nice conversation about the arrangement and how you didn't see the iris. You said it was very important that the iris be in the arrangement. I explained that that there were at least 3 iris in the arrangement and that they were fresh and not fully open yet. I added 2 more iris to the arrangement since you said they were important to you for a total of 5 iris. The arrangement was designed in a large bubble bowl and we filled the arrangement with very pretty premium flowers at the value of $125.00 as requested. The rest of the cost was for delivery and tax bringing the total to $147.49. The photo is courtesy gesture to our customers and unfortunately, it doesn't always do justice to the actual arrangement when it is seen in person. Thank you so much. We appreciate it very much.

The orchids are not white and look as if yet to open? Per the description it's supposed to be “clean white and green” and I did not want purple orchids. Also,I do not see hydrangea in this bouquet and the prickly pear-like flowers are not very elegant. I

Seriously? This is $100. worth? I ordered directly with a local floridt to avoid being scammed. 1-800-flowers would have done a better job. As someone who buys flowers a lot..this is embarrassing.

If this is truly what the flowers that my mom received then I am very disappointed. This is not the picture of what I ordered. What I order had hardly any green in, was mostly flowers. i am having my mom send me a picture to confirm.
