That arrangement doesn't look like the one I picked on your website. It looks withered.

the arrangement that I picked out had red roses in it not carnations so no I am not happy

This is not what I ordered for my father's memorial service and at this point, it is too late. The photo on the website does not have greenery - I even paid extra for extra white roses. I am so disappointed because McShan has always done an excellent job but not this time.

I hope picture is wrong, because that is not what I ordered.

These flowers are not arranged like that picture and the picture showed peach colored roses, not pink. I would not have chosen this arrangement if I knew you were going to put pink (or red) roses in it.

I ordered the very bright colored roses in this arrangement. I have ordered this arrangement before and it was very bright and vibrant roses. These roses appear to be a pastel and not as colorful as I was hoping for and thought I purchased.

I asked for a basket floral arrangement, not a plant. Very disappointed with this one.

Very beautiful

This order was NOT what I ordered. It was small, full of carnations, and the flowers were not fresh. I've ordered from you all for 20 years and was very disappointed. The next day you sent another arrangement - tropical one. O spent $140 total and the new arrangement did not meet the standard. Plus, they asked for the old arrangement back. Not classy.

One rose???

Overpriced and tiny / not worthy of Texas - will use someone else next time and I requested specifically no cactus. Very disappointed.

Ok this looks “sad” and droopy and wilty…..

Looks absolutely nothing like what I ordered and doesn't have the same roses/number or greenery. Very dissatisfied.

Totally disgusted with the arrangement! To have spent $60 on just daisys I expected it to be a beautiful round arrangement of individual cut stems , instead it looks like a 4 year old just stuck them in a case the greenery is just hanging down, no baby's breath, I also stated I wanted white and pink ! It's just dull dark and completely unappealing unacceptable and the recipient was not impressed either!

This doesn't look at all like what I ordered. I have been ordering thru McShan for decades. This is the first time I have ever been disappointed.

This is not what I ordered! There were supposed to be many vivid colors, not this! Also, is this $600 worth of flowers??

I had specifically asked during the in-person order process for red gladiolus in the arrangements as it was for Pentecost Sunday at church and all the decor would be red. When the bouquets arrived, they were orange gladiolus. Had a back and forth with the customer service rep about orange vs. red. She then told me "you can't change mother nature" Excuse me? I've been a gardener for 50 years and have raised every color of gladiolus under the sun. There are red gladiolus and plenty of them. If their supplier couldn't supply the right color, it's not my problem. They should have called me when they received the gladiolus to have me look at them and I would have cancelled the order. I even showed them pictures of red gladiolus when I placed the order and still got orange. The hue was important, again, because it was Pentecost Sunday and the rest of the church was decked out in red. I had to sit and look at these hideous orange things clashing with all the red around the room. I wanted to hide behind the pew.
