Pretty bad compared to what I selected. Pale pink roses and white in a short vase with minimal green, this is not.

Flowers looked nothing like the online picture. They didn't have 3 of the flowers and the design was awful. They should've told me up front on a $250.00 arrangement.

i can see maybe 6 gerber daisies and was charged $97.37 (which included $15 delivery fee to drive down Garland Road; the address was Angora Street off Lakeland...less than 1mile from your storefront!) I have been your customer 40+yrs and this is not right; the arrangement was to cheer up a friend after terrible dental surgery and from her employer (via my account). The charge works out to $13/gerber daisy and obviously a ton of filler greenery. This pricing seems unreasonably high for the small quantity in the arrangement. please either issue a credit or send an additional arrangement next monday, "skimpy" is not the impression i was hoping for.

This arrangement looks like a sad unattended garden! It looks NOTHING like the picture of the Serene Retreat on the website, the only thing that is similar is the terra cotta colored planter. I've used McShan's for years. While a may not be a frequent customer, I always keep you in mind. This came to an end today.

Faded pink really . Not what it shows online as a true pink color . I would known that would u gotten red roses instead

The flower in the white vase size is misleading on the web. I never would have ordered that little little flower for a funeral. Very disappointed

Very dissatisfied! Looks as though half of the plants were left out of it.

I have never been so disappointed. The corsage was terrible. None of these were what I expected from McShan Florist. I have never ordered corsages/ bountineers from you before but your other flowers/plants have always been the best so I expected nothing less but I was less than pleased with what I got. Jean Brown

Not happy with this arrangement would have loved to see more flowers on here- While reviewing some of your arrangements online- i see others for less than 100 dollars that have more flowers than what was provided on my arrangement.

Flowers are not what I ordered!!! I paid for $150 huge arrangement and this is a tiny bouquet that looks nothing like it. Also your delivery windows are terrible. The funeral will be over by the time this arrives although I ordered the days before!

I paid extra for the deluxe and tell them to add those little red whatever they were called they look like red broom sticking up in the back of the picture, I don't know what they were called I'm sorry. This is the worst flower arrangement I've ever had sent to my daughter. She even thought it was kind of funny like did you really send me this? I was ashamed truly ashamed! I ordered from you all all the time or when there is an occasion. You are the only place I ordered from, my mother ordered from you all way back in the '60s and I've been ordering from y'all every since. I'm not so sure now, I was very disappointed very disappointed on this order!

No I did not ...for one reason this is mine ... my order is not to be done until this Thursday or Friday for a delevery on Friday morning January 20th by 9 am to Calvary Hill Funeral Home and when my order is finished it needs have 18 Red Roses and more BB as requested. All this information has been related to the staff.

If that is an actual picture I am VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! That does not look like a $75 plant. Shame in you!!!

That does not look like what I ordered, it was supposed to have some small purple flowers and the original picture online for what I thought I ordered looked more "leggy" this is just 6 roses smothered in greenery. I'm disappointed.
