No color where the red apples or oranges. Basket look cheap. For what it cost I was expecting more It looks cheap and tacky.

Always amazed at how great your work is.

Not happy about the container that it is in. Metal? Really this was a sympathy arrangement and should have been in a ceramic or basket container. Very cheap looking.

They were not what I ordered The shape was the only thing that was correct I asked for hot pink and green There were suppose to be Star Gazer Lilies It was a red and White mess Was totally embarrassed becuase I ordered for others. When I called on Monday 5/8 and complained. At first was offered a 20% discount after seeing the picture; she offered me 50% off I only got 23% You were recommened to me Very unsatisfied

Really bad. They died in 2 days

The flowers were not what I expected or requested. I requested light bold colors for a spring look. These flowers are dark and do not represent spring. Furthermore, I do not like the way they look.

The flowers were never delivered and my Mom missed her Mother's Day surprise. McShane has never let me down before but did this time.

Frankly a bit dissappointed My order was to be a spring mix of flowers This appears to be mostly mums and a few roses Not the mix one invisions for spring Mums and lots of baby's breath Not particularly high end flowers The flowers at the bottom of the wreath appear to be broken and/or wilted Certainly not your best work McShans

It doesn't look like the photo on the website. Should have had austamaria and more roses. But go ahead and send it. I don't want to take the time to redo it.

For $124 this is a total rip off. I've always used McShan but seeing this small flimsy design I doubt I'll ever use again.

It doesn't look like the photo on the website and doesn't have the wow factor especially for the amount of money I paid. It's supposed to have more contrast in flower colors like the website. I would expect this from an ordinary florist not from McShan's. Definitely will reconsider ordering from McShan's again.

This looks nothing like what I ordered and does not look healthy.

This picture looks great. However, after the flowers arrived, and we looked at the back side, I was less than impressed. I've been using McShan's for at least 40 years and you normally go above and beyond, but there are close-to-dead flowers in this arrangement, and for what I paid, that just should not happen.

Hi, can you remove the eucalyptus? The arrangement I chose was more modest and I think the eucalyptus makes it too flashy.

Hopefully not my order since I ordered white roses and pink Lilly's for retirement not a birthday

Ordered a dozen red roses and received on 11, not 12.

The actual bouquet looks to be a quarter of the size of what was pictured on the website. I would therefore hope to only be charged a quarter of the price, which of course didn't happen. Disappointing.

I am disappointed in these flowers and the customer service. They were supposed to be sympathy flowers and have white and when I followed up after I first received the picture, Tracy assured me it was being sent back to design to have white flowers added since the gladiolus were closed. She said they would resend me a pic of the final product before it was delivered. I never heard anything back until I got a notification about the flowers being delivered. I called back and there was no picture of the remake and my friend who received the flowers sent me a picture and there were absolutely no white flowers. I am so disappointed about the customer service and response to this. I was hopeful that the flowers would be fixed but no it seems like there was miscommunication. My family has been a customer of McShan's for the past decade or more and we will not be returning after this.
