Unfortunately, I was truly disappointed in the floral arrangement that was sent to my aunt. The pink roses displayed on your website were dark, beautiful pink roses, but my aunt received the light colored roses in the photo above. This is not what I wanted to order.

This is not what I ordered. I asked for purple and white. This is pink and red

The arrangement is pretty but way too small for the money I paid!! I feel like I was really ripped off. This arrangement with the stuffed animal and bottle of champagne is definitely not worth the $167 paid!!

Thank you for the picture. This is for a funeral, the big red plant in the middle looks inappropriate. Overall, I'm not happy with this. Nice plants in the picture as ordered have been replaced by ferns. It looks very little like what I ordered.

Very Lackluster compared to the Photo of what was being ordered and the price. I was not impressed. This is the second order I've placed this week and neither were up to par for McShan's history.

Love getting the photo. Think $70. is ridiculous for this size poinsettia as would be less than $20 st the grocery store.

This picture does not look anything like what we ordered. I see more leaves than I do the flowers. This is not acceptable.

Sadly not pleased at all. I was told by spending $250 before tax and fees that it would be a nice size spray. It seemed very small - not much like the picture on website and my neighbors remarked it looked like it was off centered. It was suppose to be a spray slightly off centered but on a good way. I have always had great results from McShans but am disappointed for myself and my neighbors.

This looks like the basic I ordered the deluxe. This looks terrible! I could have gone to Albertsons and picked up a better arrangement.

This is my 2nd time buying from you and every time you have disappointed. What you send never looks like what you have online. I want my money back.

No I do not like my flower arrangement. I specifically asked for pink azaleas. This is for my Aunt's birthday, and it upsets me that she will be disappointed. Yes, I like getting a photo.

As always, very happy with my experience ordering this arrangement. It was well received and they were extremely pleased. I appreciate having a photo of what was selected. Again thanks for doing a great job.

Looks beautiful

Incredibly disappointed. This is NOT the product I was sold. The product I was sold has a photo online. This is not the same product. I was first sent a photo of the completed arrangement and it had roses and did not look like the one online. I was told that they substituted the flowers. I found that simply wrong: to sell a product and then substitute it in a way that it did not show the same product. Then, after I called to express that the arrangement was not the same product, they made a second arrangement, but once again it did not look like the product online, and it simply looked to be a much less attractive and less quality arrangement than the I was sold!!! I would not recommend this florist!

Driver did not arrive until 20 minutes before funeral service. Guests were already in the service. I was not able to be at the family visitation luncheon because I was waiting on him. He said that he was going to the wrong door. Lady on the phone was rude. I had been there since 10:30. If he couldn't find the correct door, he should have called for help.

This arrangement is much SMALLER than what I purchased online!

That is NOT what I ordered. I specifically told the agent the container I wanted. That container looks horrible. I have already written to you expressing my displeasure. I would give "0" stars if I could. My sister-inlaw had emergency surgery, I thought I was sending something that was attractive and cheerful. I also asked the agent to add a bow, she didn't do that either. PLEASE see the reply to my email

i usually love mcshan flowers but this one looks skimpy especially at the top! the flowers aren't opened. I am very disappointed

The McShane website photo shows 2 pink lillies. PINK roses. It's a baby girl. That's why I've chosen PINK lilies and PINK roses.

No!!! Flowers are supposed to be red/maroon Daisy. Very upset. I have been a customer at least 30 Years.
