Not as pictured

Had flowers ordered for our grandmothers funeral. Ordered a week before and it took 45 minutes to order two arrangements. Had to repeat numerous times what we needed. Then when we received pics of the arrangements the white arrangement did not match the picture on the website. Had Grandma ribbon in the wrong color, roses were very tiny, white carnations were yellow. coming from out of town we had to scramble the morning before to get this fixed. McShan ended up fixing it with the picture attached, but was not the original product.

First of all these were $125.00 and definitely do not look like it. Also, the pink roses have brown edges, these were for a breast surgery patient... I am terribly disappointed and I never been disappointed in anything I have ever order in the last 30 years!

Sending your flower feelings remotely, you never know how they are going to look. I love your use of the photo. Thank you my wife loved the roses and since i will not be home for 2 months, you helped me make her day. Keep me in your file for my next order. You have a 20 star rating with me.

Not what I expected. Wanted something a little more festive, this looks like a care basket, not so festive to welcome someone to a new location….Somewhat disappointed, the fruits were damaged and old. This was not McShann's standards…..

I am extremely disappointed in this arrangement! I looks just like the low end version. We opted for the deluxe version and if this is what you call deluxe that is sad.

Look nothing like the picture on your website. Disappointing!

Disappointed. I pay $50 more for additional roses. It looks very sparse.

I would never have suggested pink flowers for a man's funeral. The picture I saw online had African violets and was not contacted to say the flowers were being changed. I never saw in person any red birds. The arrangement was a total disappointment.

It doesn't look like the pics. It should have been taller & they left out a lot of the plants. I paid for the Premium. Also, the pic has a purple flower. This one has a pink flower with a red bird that doesn't go together. Would have looked much better without the bird. I am not satisfied!!! Very skimpy & mismatched! Your florist use to do top of the line arrangements. Very disappointed!

I ask for bright colors and star gazers ??????????????

There is supposed to be a get well balloon not a happy birthday. Also, I ordered the deluxe size and this looks like the regular.

Not like in the picture and last one for the money I paid had some withered ones it's been a hit and miss lately with you guys

This arrangement was NOT AT all what was shown on the web and quite frankly very disappointing at best. I called immediately to make sure this order was not delivered as we would have been so embarrassed. Customer service did call me and try to offer up so other solutions to resolve this but I was still not satisfied with the choices. I asked that the order not be delivered and that our money to be refunded. This was not at all representative of the quality that McShan is known for.

The photo is so blurry I can't see it at all. I can't tell what makes it a $150 arrangement.

this is not what I ordered i have ordered many times from you and this is the first time I have been disappointed

That looks nothing like the picture, it looks a little sparse. not happy with the arrangement

Disappointing. Fewer blooms on orchids by almost 50%. Plants are not as balanced as the sample arrangement. Everything is going up and down instead of spreading. Fern is minuscule. Ivy is one small clump instead of trailing. There are no butterfly trim as in the sample you show. It seems very overpriced.
