Not your usual workmanship! There is not much filler and no baby breath to really make it look pretty. I have ordered so many of the same arrangements from you and I was pleased but this one is does not reflect your norm. I am so disappointed. I am glad I got to see what you sent. I will let the recipient know how sorry I am. You have done so well in the past.

these are not to be delivered until next Friday the 27th correct?

The flowers delivered was not the same flowers ordered...

I did not see the arrangement at the funeral. If this was delivered, I am not pleased. Based on the sample photograph I chose from and upgrading, this is not at all what I expected.

thanks for asking, The family only received one flower arrangement it said however I myself checked the sign in sheet for deliveries at place that day of Friday 13 2022 at 6:45pm on the check in list at the funeral home it said only on plant arrangement was delivered and the family and I checked the cards that was on several other arrangements and neither one said from McShan Florist. so I'm just asking where are the plants, can I please get someone to call me back asap...Thanks

I'm a fairly regular customer. Your arrangements are losing their flair and becoming same old same old. I'm not liking at all.

I'm very disappointed with the arrangement. The plant has no organization structure or beauty! I have been pleased with every arrangement except this one. It looks unprofessional!

Good shape, full. White mums very minimum. Purple liatris are only purple.

This is not what I was paying for. Floral plant should have been in included in this arrangement. It looks nothing like what's on your site. I am very disappointed.

I have used McShan florist for many years and they have never let me down. Until today. I ordered flowers to be delivered today and stated they must be delivered at a certain time. My wife left work at 3:30 and the flowers were not delivered before she left. $130.00 down the drain!!!

This picture is not what I ordered. I also paid for the deluxe flowers and they don't look deluxe whatsoever. I am on the phone right now about the order but no one has answered in the last 30 minutes.

This arrangement was lovely and just what we ordered.

The flowers were wilted and they look dead. Not very happy with it I would not use you again. I ordered them for my bosses daughter and do I need to say anymore she was not happy. I feel I need a refund completely

This wasn't what we discussed at all. I said HYDRANGEAS. We did t discuss roses. We talked about hydrangeas flowers with greenery. Not even sure what this is based on the photo. Super disappointed.

I'm not pleased with paying $200 for all this greenery. I asked for various shades of blue flowers with white roses. I mainly see green! I'm really pissed about this. Someone needs to call me and go fix this arrangement asap 469-261-6973
