I ordered the Miriam Bouquet for $140.00. This looks nothing like what the picture looked like. The picture had a white flowers, succulents, low vase, no greenery or carnations. The first one they made had pink flowers I called and specifically said no greenery or pink. It took 15 minutes for them to answer the phone. They remade it and it is better than pink, but I could have gotten this at the grocery store for $70.00. I have used McShan's for 30 years and I have never had a problem. They must have been bought out. I won't use them again.

I was very disappointed with this arrangement it wasn't what I previously ordered. I called to inform you all of this however another arrangement was created and sent out. I was told a picture would be sent before delivery however it wasn't. Before your company decide on their own to create an arrangement that a customer did not order you should contact that customer first to let them know either you're low on certain flowers and or don't have flowers in stock. Very disappointed! I will not rate my transaction with McShan a five star at this time.

I ordered the arrangement based on the container that the flowers were shown in. I understand the disclaimer regarding a substitution of flowers but didn't know that the vase would be substituted. I thought if the case was out of stock then that particular arrangement wouldn't be offered. Very disappointed that I paid almost $100 bucks for that.

I ordered the medium size and it looks like the pic from the small size. I ordered this since the pic had lots of pink roses, but the actual did not. The vase was nice. This is the first time I have ever been very disappointed. I even called and got no result just told to wait til I see it. DISAPPOINTED

I asked for pretty spring flowers. I am not happy with these. I also asked for some roses. These are not worth $80. Very disappointed.

I loved receiving a photo but I am very disappointed in the size of the flower arrangement. I asked for a large plant and was told this was your largest. This is too small🤬🤬

Not what I asked for not enough white flower to much greenery. Not a $350 flower. Very very disappointing

I do wish the classic car arrangements would show upon your web site. If I had been able to see the picture of the Mustang, I would have chosen another. A few weeks ago, I personally (rather than for my church) bought another "car" arrangement for the same price that looked much better. The pucture makes this look suitable for a child and it was sent to an adult.

I'll not be ordering flowers from you again. This arrangement looks NOTHING like the website photo despite being a 2nd attempt. I'm sending my client a picture of what I ordered so she can see for herself. Poor form. We're done.

I was not pleased with the flowers, I asked for alter size large, and I got center piece size and the lilies was lying down not standing up properly.

The flowers I had hoped to order were Nothing like the flowers that were delivered! I was greatly disappointed

This looks terrible. I expected better from McShan. This looks nothing like the picture that I ordered.

Disappointed with this arrangement. The flower placement/ selection is horrid. The fluff of solidago is just that = a big fluff. The bent over snap is very unappealing, the gazer may or may not open, the mini carnations are tucked under the ranucs, for a $99 arrangement, the flower count may be there, but the appeal is very lacking.

This not I order and paid for!!! It does not even come close!!!!

Delivered Thursday, and by Sunday the hydrangeas are looking poorly, according to my wife who received then!

Oh no! The image in the picture on your website was lavender flowers. This is not what I ordered, not white roses flowers. In our culture white flowers represent death and this was for a get well bouquet so this gave the wrong message. I want to get refund for this or at least get a replacement please, any other color roses would have been fine like: pink, lavender, red, yellow, orange, but never white!

Was not pleased, we paid 101.00 for this plant, thought it should have been bigger and a fancier vase.

This doesn't look like the photo online at all. The colors and flowers and styling are completely different than the item I picked which was — “Teleflora's Magical Garden Unicorn Bouquet”. It was soft pale & delicate flowers. That is the one I selected for my friend. This doesn't appeal to me at all and I would never pick this out for her.

I have already called and given my opinion by phone. I was truly disappointed in the spray. It DID represent the picture I saw when I ordered it, but the ribbon was not what I had discussed, though many people liked the wings, I thought they distracted from the flowers more that I expected. In all, I didn't think it came close to living up to the online image when I saw it in person, espescially for the price I paid. This spray was for my wife who had just passed away. Will not shop here again.

Very disappointed in the $100 arrangement that I ordered for a friend. It is the same arrangement that I ordered, but the colors are completely different. I would never have ordered the burgundy carnations and yellow daisies that they put together in the arrangement. Not only are the colors awful together, I feel like they gave me the cheap stuff. Overpriced and ugly. So disappointed in this company. They did send me a picture before they delivered it. That would have been great if they had put together what I actually ordered.
