Incredibly disappointing. A gift for my fiance's sick and dying grandmother. I purchased the “Deluxe” thinking the “Wonderful Whimsy” would be more valuable than the standard. The bouquet pictured is nowhere near what is advertised online. “Blush roses, pink alstroemeria, pink carnations, miniature light yellow carnations and pink sinuata statice are arranged with huckleberry and parvifolia eucalyptus.” I see blush roses, pink and red carnations, and purple sinuata statice with greenery. An embarrassment. We will not be using your business again.

Terrible service

I am highly displeased with the order I placed on 3/25. I specifically called and spoke with Brenda to place three orders. When I received a picture from one of the recipients I was livid! It was not even close to the arrangement I ordered which was (One fine day). I called Saturday 3/26 and spoke Brenda again to address the issue. She informed me she was not aware why they sent the incorrect arrangement. She stated they would resend the correct arrangement on Monday 3/28 however they would send a picture to me first before sending. Again I did not receive a picture and I have no clue what they sent. You never delivered the flowers. You did charge me for the flowers. Delivery service sucks.

For $100.00 I expected a nicer selection of flowers! I guess I was not aware that the price of flowers had gone up so much in the last years! My arrangement was so much smaller that the others that were displayed at the funeral.

Very disappointed in the size of this plant! Cost for product don't balance!

Not satisfied with this order. Some of the rose pedals were withered, the ends of the pedals were black and a few of the rose pedals have black and brown spots on them.

I am very disappointed in the arrangement. It looks as if it should've been sent in the fall. I have always been pleased with your selections but I'm embarrassed with this one. It was my understanding it would have roses and lilies in it not these drab leftover flowers.

Have always been pleased with McShans product, however this time not so much. It was much smaller than expected and looked wilted.

This dose not look like the online order. There were more white orchids. very dissatisfied[

We have called three times about these flowers and have been told that it will be handled but it hasn't been. Disappointed in the arrangement. Disappointed in the customer service. We've been using you guys for 30 years. I will be calling AGAIN this afternoon regarding this order.

Wonderful Customer Service creating what I wanted to send both in greeting and product - delighted the recipient-

Delivered to the wrong address but eventually made it to the right person. Received late in the day when extra was paid for delivery before Noon.I checked confirmation email that had correct info with delivery tag which had incorrect address. One star for delivery problems. Arrangement looks nice but smaller than expected.

The flower is not what I ordered. I requested a lilac(lavender) and white spray; with a touch of pink. I am also very disappointed with the greenery. It was too much and cheap looking. The church was charged a fee for a bow that I don't recall ever being charged before.

I don't like it. The pinks don't match and the flowers don't look arranged. They look jammed in the vase. Very sad.

I don't think the flowers we ordered for the Busbee funeral were at the church at all. If they were, they were pitiful and not what the picture looks like at all. And not worth what we paid, or will pay, for sure. We have called McShan Florist for flowers since early 1960s and been happy with them. Why did this happen? Savanna took the order.

Would like more pink it looks very plain.

I will NEVER use this florist again!!! After paying $160 with my credit card, they missed the delivery time I specified in the order "before 4pm". Family member claim they redo flowers next time so they are fresh (was previously told they typically resend same arrangement on missed delivery). Fresh would have been fine had they not replaced MY more expensive peonies with cheaper roses. Remember my flowers were ALREADY paid for! When I asked What happened to the peonies, the reply was They were sold or reused. Previous rating of a very happy 5-star rating you will see a pic of my $160 value now down to an $80 value on their "missed delivery". I cancelled my order as I don't do business with Crooks and Liars, nor do I pay for luxury as they claim to provide then deliver half value.

Good morning, The arrangement is rather small for the cost. We expected more flowers, nicer vase and for it to be larger. Your products have changed for the worst in the last couple of years. We held you all to great standards in the past, but things have changed. We consistently attempt to give you our busy, but you continue to disappoint us. Thank you for sending a picture of the arrangement.

The first flowers were arranged nicely and spreader out. These are rushed and babies breathe is overpowering the arrangement.
