I ordered the McShan traditional 12 red roses - deluxe. This arrangement does not look like it has 12 red roses. Such a disappointment. I do not like the arrangement. It is not what I ordered. What is going on here?

I see you have the dozen red roses deluxe - it shows the upgraded vase and lilies. Please keep in mind that this is an all around design, and you will not be able to see all 12 roses from one side.

I ordered the McShan traditional 12 red roses deluxe This looks nothing like it. I don't see any baby's breath in the arrangement and it doesn't look like their are 12 roses. I understood the arrangement would be the McShan traditional red roses arrangement with extra (designers choice) for ordering deluxe. This arrangement is a major disappointment. This flower arrangement looked nothing like the picture. I ordered the classic size ($75) and was very disappointed when I picked it up. It was thrown together didn't have any pink rose. The red roses appeared to be dead. Charlotte said I could pick another one but they all looked terrible. I picked a cheaper one the had both red and pink roses and it was the best. I had to get my mom something but I am very disappointed. I have been purchasing flowers and roses here for years. This is the very first time that I am highly disappointed in McShane.

I give up! After two phone calls, this is how you fix it! Wow...just wow! I really wish I could say that I have never had such a horrible experience with flower delivery...but this is not the first time I've had trouble with you guys! We have been using McShan for years and the arrangements have steadily gone downhill. If you can't (or won't) make the arrangements you show on your website, then don't advertise that you can. This arrangement looks NOTHING like what I ordered and I am embarrassed that this is what is being delivered for a special birthday. Especially after I voiced to your customer service how dissatisfied I was, this is the effort you made to 'fix it'. We spent way too much money for this bouquet to look this horrible. So very disappointed & angry that this is what you feel is acceptable.

I'm disappointed in the appearance. The arrangement does not look like the flowers that were displayed on the website. This is lacking fullness and is very dark. The arrangement shown online is very bright with lots of pink and red flowers.

The picture shows 3 white roses and one lily. I was charged for the delivery of 6 roses with lilies for a total amount of $125.00. Instead of offering to correct the order, Suzy accepted my request to cancel the order. Very disappointed.

The delivery was late and then when I saw the size of what was delivered it was not what I asked for. Way too large for an end table so I overpaid and don't like what I got.

I was highly disappointed in my order. I sent a picture of the bridal bouquet that I needed two the person taking my order and the person making the arrangement. Even specified the colors, etc. When I arrived to pick up my order, it was NOT at all what I ordered. The Red roses were wilted and half purple (and black). The pink roses had green tips and the arrangement had hardly any baby-breath. The foliage I ordered was wrong as well. Highly upset!! I never receive a phone call to tell me that the type/color roses I ordered AND PAID FOR were not available. I do, however, commend Ciara who was at the front desk and greeted me when I walked in for taking care of me in such a highly professional manner and remained so calm after I threw a ranting fit over my order. Ciara was my breath of fresh air and assured me that they would take care of me. Although the bouquet was "remade" as I waited, I had to accept it due to the fact I was 30 minutes delayed getting to my son's wedding in McKinney. Ruined my mood on a special day and cause alot of unadded stress. I will not trust McShan's (after 40 years of using them) again with my business. I paid for a train-wreck!! If I am fully reimbursed, I may reconsider using this florist. BUT, what is one unhappy customer of many years to them?...probably as important as the bad bouquet I was offered upon my arrival.

Sorry to say I was extremely disappointed at the plant you sent. It looked bare and had no bow or foil or decorations of any kind. It sat on the altar with one other lovely small flower arrangement. I was embarrassed. I use McShan because I always trust it will be special. Not this time. Sorry to say this.

I would certainly expect a larger arrangement for $155...very disappointed. Will not be using McShan in the future. I also asked for some bright colors.

I asked for a pink and white bouquet with lots of gladiolas. This has pink and red flowers, and 3 glads. Not what I asked for. Very disappointing.

Normally the best in DALLAS TEXAS Roses are always burnt on edges. Pay for noon delivery family received afterwards.

Not at all what I ordered. In fact I specifically said no ivy. I understand they were out of Lilly's but I should have been called about a substitute. I believe they are correcting this, but to substitute without the customers input is not acceptable.
