Arrangement did not live up to the arrangements that I've always received in the past. Very disappointed. The roses were blown open on the 16th and by Friday evening the 18th they were very sad looking.

This is the most disappointing professional floral arrangement I have ever seen. I was at work and couldnt respond in time to stop its delivery. I understand the shortage and I requested tulips but someone should have told me it would be 5-6 half spent tulips in a cheap looking pot with some grass thrown on top. You couldn't even put the card in a plastic holder? When I was told time would be taken to spruce up the arrangement I didn't think that meant taking 20 seconds to throw some grass on a cheap plastic pot and then just set the card on top. There is no filler, no green, nothing, just grass on top of soil. I can get nicer arrangement at Walmart for a third of the price. This will be one instance I take time to write a review. Everyone I showed thus picture to couldn't believe I spent $40+ tax. People should know what they are getting into before being disappointed by your company.

I apologize if the card fell out of the holder during delivery - that should have been addressed by our delivery department so it would look correct when it arrived at your house. I received the photo of my order before 8am on Valentine's Day, which was encouraging. Unfortunately the order wasn't delivered until after 5pm that evening to my wife's office. Her reaction to the flowers was "they looked like they'd been getting beaten up in a van all day". They were delivered 9 hours after they were prepared. All of this was extremely disappointing from someone who has used McShan for 30+ years.

I'm sorry, but it was TERRIBLE. The bouquet I ordered for Valentines was explained to me as "a bouquet of multicolored roses". I assumed this meant a bouquet of roses of various colors. I would have expected a clearer expiation of the roses themselves being multicolored. Knowing Robins traditional taste, I would never have ordered them. She said she liked them, but I could tell be her face that she did not. In the future I would suggest a more clear description. I think most people would assume what I did when given that description. I would like to add that the roses were a nice quality and delivered on time at a fair price. Thanks, Scott

This looks nothing loke the photo of what was ordered, nor is it comparable in value for the price! The flowers are not the same as what was ordered and are not even the same colors. The vase is the same and that is about it! I would like a refund!!

In the past I e always been happy with McShan's, but the last couple of years the flowers have been very mediocre. I specifically requested no carnations and to substitute it for a different flower. Not happy with this arrangement at all!

When I was a boy growing up in East Dallas in the 60s, my father would order flowers from McShan's for every occasion. For birthdays, anniversaries, Valentines, weddings, funerals or any other occasion, the flowers came from McShan's. In the 70s, as I began to date and go to various functions, any flowers I needed also came from McShan's just like my father did. In the 80s, I continued to order from McShan's for my mother and my wife for their birthdays, anniversaries, Valentines and for weddings and funerals spending hundreds of dollars a year on arrangements and I have continued to do so up until this day for the past 35 years. However, after the delivery of my wife's Valentines flowers this year, I will no longer be a customer of McShan's. The arrangement she received did not include even half the number of flowers as pictured for the “Precious in Pink Bouquet”. Compare that with the picture you sent me of the arrangement. I understand that substitutions can occur, which can certainly be expected in these times, but to flat out exclude the number of flowers and to make it up with cheap greenery is unacceptable! I could have done better for a fourth of the price at a grocery store! ($80?! Really?!) Do your arrangers not have a picture chart as a reference to go by when performing their jobs?! When they arrived, my wife thought they were “cute”. Not beautiful, not pretty, but …. “cute”. Embarrassing as well as disappointing! I purposely ordered the arrangement 10 days early and had it delivered 3 days BEFORE Valentines Day in order to make sure that I wouldn't be shorted due to the number of orders and the availability and quality of flowers. I guess I was wrong in my thinking. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. In the past couple of years, I have been shorted on other orders, as well as having flowers last barely one week. All far below the standards McShan's used to have. Again, embarrassing as well as disappointing! I have put up with it simply out of the loyalty and the history I have had with McShan's for the past 50(!) years. But no more. I request that my money be refunded. I don't want a replacement as they too would probably come up short and I don't want an empty-handed apology which accomplishes nothing. I want you to train your employees better. I want you to deliver what you advertise and promise. I want you to DO better. Good luck in your business, however (and sadly), I will no longer be a part of it after 50 years.

Missing the light green bow that I requested. Also not arranged in McShan quality that I'm accustomed to. Flowers look like there poking out of a green jungle of mess and not arranged in container aesthetically nor symmetrically. Eucalyptus even seems just stuck in there. Not McShan quality work for sure.

I ordered the McShan traditional 12 red roses - deluxe. This arrangement does not look like it has 12 red roses. Such a disappointment. I do not like the arrangement. It is not what I ordered. What is going on here?

I see you have the dozen red roses deluxe - it shows the upgraded vase and lilies. Please keep in mind that this is an all around design, and you will not be able to see all 12 roses from one side.

I ordered the McShan traditional 12 red roses deluxe This looks nothing like it. I don't see any baby's breath in the arrangement and it doesn't look like their are 12 roses. I understood the arrangement would be the McShan traditional red roses arrangement with extra (designers choice) for ordering deluxe. This arrangement is a major disappointment. This flower arrangement looked nothing like the picture. I ordered the classic size ($75) and was very disappointed when I picked it up. It was thrown together didn't have any pink rose. The red roses appeared to be dead. Charlotte said I could pick another one but they all looked terrible. I picked a cheaper one the had both red and pink roses and it was the best. I had to get my mom something but I am very disappointed. I have been purchasing flowers and roses here for years. This is the very first time that I am highly disappointed in McShane.

I give up! After two phone calls, this is how you fix it! Wow...just wow! I really wish I could say that I have never had such a horrible experience with flower delivery...but this is not the first time I've had trouble with you guys! We have been using McShan for years and the arrangements have steadily gone downhill. If you can't (or won't) make the arrangements you show on your website, then don't advertise that you can. This arrangement looks NOTHING like what I ordered and I am embarrassed that this is what is being delivered for a special birthday. Especially after I voiced to your customer service how dissatisfied I was, this is the effort you made to 'fix it'. We spent way too much money for this bouquet to look this horrible. So very disappointed & angry that this is what you feel is acceptable.

I'm disappointed in the appearance. The arrangement does not look like the flowers that were displayed on the website. This is lacking fullness and is very dark. The arrangement shown online is very bright with lots of pink and red flowers.

The picture shows 3 white roses and one lily. I was charged for the delivery of 6 roses with lilies for a total amount of $125.00. Instead of offering to correct the order, Suzy accepted my request to cancel the order. Very disappointed.

The delivery was late and then when I saw the size of what was delivered it was not what I asked for. Way too large for an end table so I overpaid and don't like what I got.
