This was supposed to be red and white, not burgundy. Also, there was supposed to be a banner ribbon with "Gramp". Kinda disappointed.

Not happy with this flower arrangement suppose to have been all white with greener. Those star glazer were suppose to have been white.

Only one Poinsettia and the candle arrangement arrived at the church for the memorial service. We had to call and have the second poinsettia delivered, after guests had arrived. I'm disappointed and don't feel this is reliable delivery service.

This is my first time ordering from McShan I ordered a larger premium plant two days in advance. I was told that they did not hive larger plants on the day at was too be delivered. Instead of attempting to make it better, they simply attempted to convince me if why I should lime what I initially was not pleased with.

I was not pleased with this delivery. Who sends lemons and limes as Christmas fruit? This is a $65 basket and I know that you could have included more fruit more appropriate for Christmas. Lemons, and limes for Christmas, you have got to be kidding. Please share this message with the person who prepared the basket. How would they like to receive lemons and limes for Christmas? Walnuts, peppermints, anything but lemons, and limes for Christmas. That's not symbolic of Christmas

We were very disappointed in our purchase. One plant was full, but we were told it was put together with the plants from the floor model that we had declined to purchase the day we ordered. The floor model looked a bit brown. The larges succulent looks a bit damaged in the planter we were presented. So I guess the bronw parts were trimmed and put into the larger planter. The second plant we were presented was much smaller and flatter in size. We were told it was the same cost because the succulents were more expensive plants. We will definitely reconsider our future purchases from McShan. It would have been good business to inform us that you no longer had sufficient supplies to make up these arrangements - before we paid for them. Even calling us on Saturday and informing us would have been very helpful. We were charged on Friday, and I picked up on Saturday. The representative did give me a $10 off on the second plant once I continued to ask questions and voice my concerns. But I feel that we were not given the product that was presented to me on Friday. I am not even sure about the containers as they are both wood, and I thought the container on the floor was ceramic. Overall, it was not a good experience for us with your company.

Order was not delivered until 2 days after I ordered. I requested same day delivery. I emailed several times requesting status and no one responded. I called and was placed on hold for several minutes, then a lady came on the phone and said she was waiting to hear from me to see if I wanted them delivered. Of course I wanted them delivered! Terrible customer service!

This is normally a double orchid plant and it was sent as a single. I wasn't informed. They offered to pick it up from the bereaved family and take them a new one. The representative was rude and argumentative. My worst experience with Mc Shan's.

The flowers were beautiful on Sunday morning upon delivery and then two days later they were wilted. We have been dealing with illness in the family or else I would address it this past Tuesday with your customer service representative. I will not be ordering this arrangement in the future.

I did like receiving a photo. But this photo is not close to what I expected based on the picture on your website. I could have ordered this from FTD for $90.00 but I ordered from you for $180.00 expecting it to be a lot nicer than what I would receive from FTD. Next time I will know not to pay more just to get the same quality.

They look like a typical floral arrangement. Truthfully, was expecting a more unique style. I mentioned person they are for owned a florist shop years ago...not sure she would think the arrangement exemplify today's look. You asked for truthful feedback...no need to change but won't order from mcshans again.

Certainly, this is not a four-dozen long stem rose arrangement!!!! I paid over $400 for this and it looks like something I could pick up at Tom Thumb for under $100?
