This is normally a double orchid plant and it was sent as a single. I wasn't informed. They offered to pick it up from the bereaved family and take them a new one. The representative was rude and argumentative. My worst experience with Mc Shan's.

The flowers were beautiful on Sunday morning upon delivery and then two days later they were wilted. We have been dealing with illness in the family or else I would address it this past Tuesday with your customer service representative. I will not be ordering this arrangement in the future.

I did like receiving a photo. But this photo is not close to what I expected based on the picture on your website. I could have ordered this from FTD for $90.00 but I ordered from you for $180.00 expecting it to be a lot nicer than what I would receive from FTD. Next time I will know not to pay more just to get the same quality.

They look like a typical floral arrangement. Truthfully, was expecting a more unique style. I mentioned person they are for owned a florist shop years ago...not sure she would think the arrangement exemplify today's look. You asked for truthful feedback...no need to change but won't order from mcshans again.

Not sure what is going on here but these are absolutely NOT what was delivered?! We were sent a pic of the flowers and other than 2 roses, there is no similarity! The vase isn't even correct according to this pic?

This is the 2nd time in a few weeks that i have ordered from you. Please review the picture online and compare it to this one. Night and day different and I upgraded. The flowers were $70. I could have picked this up at the grocery store for $15. I would like a full or partial refund for my order this time after giving you another try.

I am very disappointed in this arrangement it certainly doesn't look like the photograph on your website. My first job was a Flower Girl at Baylor Hospital in 1975 I've always used or recommended McShan you've always did beautiful work. Not this one it looked as if it had been dropped. The colors and flowers are not the same as on the website. McShan arrangements have always been perfect. Look at this photo you sent me and the one on your website. This was NOT properly arranged. 👎🏼

Wrong, Wrong, Wrong! The Floral arrangement is supposed to have Yellow roses. The Money Tree is supposed to be just like the photo on your website. The black plant box and the polished river stones is why this was selected. All the above information was included on order #63740073 by Susie, who was marvelous in rendering her patient labor of love helping me to get everything just right for these to tokens of remembrance. McShan is to delivery both the floral arrangement and the plant to Jeter and Son Funeral Home on Saturday by 4:00 PM, in order to be there on time for a memorial service on Sunday, October 17th, for our deceased employee of 29 years and his family. Tracey, your customer service associate is having to work hard to get this order corrected because someone in McShan Florist did not do their job correctly by simply reading and carefully following the explicit instructions on the order.
