Not the way I was accustomed to

The arrangement is beautiful. I would rate it 1-10, a 10. McShan has never dissappointed us in all these years we have used them. I do like getting a photo of what I send. Thank you.

This is not what we requested.

That's not the plant that I ordered last night at all. I'm actually not sure how I feel about it.

Not sure what is going on here but these are absolutely NOT what was delivered?! We were sent a pic of the flowers and other than 2 roses, there is no similarity! The vase isn't even correct according to this pic?

This is the 2nd time in a few weeks that i have ordered from you. Please review the picture online and compare it to this one. Night and day different and I upgraded. The flowers were $70. I could have picked this up at the grocery store for $15. I would like a full or partial refund for my order this time after giving you another try.

The color selection is not even close to the picture upon ordering. It was not a pretty bouquet.

This isn't anything like what I ordered. You have completely changed the color scheme. This is the first time I've been disappointed by an order from McShan. You should have at least asked me about the extensive substitution you've decided to make.

I am very disappointed in this arrangement it certainly doesn't look like the photograph on your website. My first job was a Flower Girl at Baylor Hospital in 1975 I've always used or recommended McShan you've always did beautiful work. Not this one it looked as if it had been dropped. The colors and flowers are not the same as on the website. McShan arrangements have always been perfect. Look at this photo you sent me and the one on your website. This was NOT properly arranged. 👎🏼

This looks nothing like the picture on the website and definitely not worth $100. Sorely disappointed.

Wrong, Wrong, Wrong! The Floral arrangement is supposed to have Yellow roses. The Money Tree is supposed to be just like the photo on your website. The black plant box and the polished river stones is why this was selected. All the above information was included on order #63740073 by Susie, who was marvelous in rendering her patient labor of love helping me to get everything just right for these to tokens of remembrance. McShan is to delivery both the floral arrangement and the plant to Jeter and Son Funeral Home on Saturday by 4:00 PM, in order to be there on time for a memorial service on Sunday, October 17th, for our deceased employee of 29 years and his family. Tracey, your customer service associate is having to work hard to get this order corrected because someone in McShan Florist did not do their job correctly by simply reading and carefully following the explicit instructions on the order. I appreciate the photo and I have have used you several times because your arrangements are beautiful. But this does not look like the arrangement on your website. The site didn't not show the fall leaves which very prominent in this arrangement and make it seem like the bouquet is already dying. I really like the fall yet bright look of the arrangement online. I do not that same aspect from this arrangement.

Looks awfully small and not very healthy. Can you find better than that please?

I can't picture this arrangement and colors anywhere in their house. I am mightily disappointed Poor arrangement. Awful

The flowers delivered were nothing like the picture I ordered. I understand when you have to substitute flowers for other types of flowers but for 80$ don't substitute flowers for green leaves! This arrangement also was sloppy and again did not resemble the photo in any way except the pitcher holding the arrangement. Very disappointed👎

Not what I ordered. Should be yellow roses and yellow sunflowers. I did not want red carnations! Very disappointed.

Liked getting this photo. Doesn't look like what was on the internet which I liked much better. The colors of flowers on the internet picture is what I was going for.😩

I have been doing business with McShane for many years, but I was terribly disappointed with order. I ordered a Peace Lily and confirmed at the time of purchase that you had it in stock, yet what I ordered was not what was delivered.

Please reference the email I sent a few minutes ago. This is horrible and looks nothing like the website picture.....wilted/drooping greenery, plus no crowns or whatever they are called. I ordered and paid for the Christine Bouquet (Deluxe)! This has never happened with your florist and I am so disappointed in the final product!
