Not what I ordered

This had better not be the flowers you sent. I specifically said no pink and 2 purple with one white with purple centers. I spoke to a supervisor. Send me the picture of what you sent.

The picture I ordered had sunflowers. I paid $70 for it. This picture does not look very good compared to web pic

i LOVE THE PLANT ARRANGEMENT, HOWEVER I DO NOT LIKE THE COLOR OF THE RIBBON. SINCE RECEIPIENT IS IN HOSPITAL, I THINK THE RIBBON SHOULD A BRIGHT AND JOYFUL COLOR.

I ordered PINK roses not white. I'm disappointed I paid almost $100 and didn't get the desired color.

This is not what I ordered and its not the taste of the recipient or of the sender. I think this is a monsterous bouquest that I am ashamed to say I sent. NEXT TIME ASK NME ABOUT SUBSTITUTIONS> I MAY LIKELY NOT ORDER FROM YOU ALL AGAIN.

I'm disappointed in the color of orchid. Was supposed to be a white orchid. I would have picked another item had I known it was not going to be white. Disappointed.

Not at all what I imagined. The receptionist assured me that it would look good and that I didn't have to come in person. However, I am embarrassed that I am responsible for ordering this. I'll never place a phone order again. I will make long drive there. I don't blame receptionist though. She was very nice and helpful.

Normally my orders are beautiful, this order was Not very full, there's not a lot of leaves on this plant…not too happy with this order…

This isn't what we requested. We requested a small round arrangement. This bouquet wasn't worth the price we spent and we almost don't want it delivered

I paid $150 for 4 roses and small flowers? I really expected for this a tangent to be a little fuller with more flowers similar to the picture I ordered. Definitely not happy with this.

Paid to have order delivered before noon. Order arrived after 5pm and after patient was discharged. Had to drive from Carrollton to Presby Dallas to pick up the arrangement and then deliver to patient's home.

Disappointed!!

The floral arrangement was not delivered. The patient was released from the hospital before plant got to the hospital. She is not responding to my calls so I asked (9-13-21) if the order can be cancelled and was told yes. My card was charged as on 9-16-21. I am not a happy customer. I was assured that due to circumstances beyond my control that the order would be cancelled.

The second plant sent was better than this one. The picture attached plant was withered and dyeing. The second plant was better. Thanks for sending the second plant.

I asked for burgundy flowers. These look pretty lame and so does the container.😕

I'm very disappointed in this arrangement. Previously, a beautiful arrangement was sent out to a member that included some colors to match the color of lavender roses. This is not what I ordered. I asked that it look like the first BEAUTIFUL arrangement.

I'm not pleased with what has been delivered. It's not what l ordered and the plant looks like the leaves are drooping. This is unacceptable. I ordered the McShan Luther Garden and based on the picture, it should have included a mixture of green plants and a Violet. I'm on hold now hoping I can speak with a representative to correct this delivery before the viewing begin at 1 pm today.

The picture sent to me is not what I ordered. There were supposed to be white rises. Total fail.

I ordered the Miriam bouquet; and the flowers in this picture are not the same. Plus, I had selected the “Thank You” category for a card to accompany the arrangement; is I assumed that the balloons would say “Thank You”, instead of “Thinking of You”. I am used to being wowed by y'all's product; this is the first time I was disappointed.

The photo I ordered was a much taller easel. This is quite disappointing.

Was disappointed. Designer's choice bouquets have been much prettier in the past.

Very disappointed! The heart and easel were much smaller than the dimensions which were measured and quoted. The flower arrangement was way too expensive at $180 for 14 roses and a few carnations. The arrangement was an embarrassment and was hidden behind the speaker podium, as it was dwarfed by the arrangements from other floral designers on each side.

I was not pleased with this arrangement. Very skimpy on flowers and not any premium flowers. Had more greenery than flowers. Not good!
