I made this order through your website, and submitted a question through the help icon on the right side of the screen asking what the difference was between the standard and premium besides the price since the pictures would not load. I was told the deluxe and premium have more flowers and the arrangement would be fuller. The picture on your website does not show any difference between the standard arrangement you delivered yet I paid the premium price. I am not happy at all with this. Dr. Goldman asked me order these for a friend and I feel like we were taken advantage of.

This doesn't look anything like I ordered. This was suppose to be almost totally pink. It was suppose to be the gorgeous bouquet. This is not gorgeous.

Really nice flowers but I ordered the flowers Wednesday to reach before a very challenging event on Friday ... They arrived Monday ... Not even an apology.

I ordered 6 pink roses. This is not at all what I wanted. I have been a customer for more than 30 years. I am very dissatisfied with this order.

If I could do a zero I would. My flowers where never delivered. I'm very disappointed. At end of day after business hours I received an email that said there was a problem with my delivery. I ordered my sister flowers for her birthday so it could be something special for her as thia summer has been incredibly hard for us but nope nothing. Maybe I should have tipped more. Completely Dissatisfied!

This arrangement does not look at all like the orange arrangement I ordered.

That is a pitiful arrangement. The roses look awful. They're brown on the edges and one is flat. The yellow flowers don't look much better. Help!

Thank you for sending a photo, however, I'm pretty certain this is NOT what I ordered. The quality represented in the online photo is not remotely similar to this photo you provided of the actual bouquet. Please refer to the Miriam bouquet depicted on your website. I'm pretty unhappy.

I requested at least a 10 inch pot. I told the rep that I wanted a large floor plant - a croton. I was told that Crotons are not in Season. The rep was kind enough to give me a number of choices & ended by saying that you have some nice, full Peace Lillies that were blooming & were several feet tall. I chose to send one - expecting a large plant. My husband was embarrassed to see the pitifully small plant during the Wake last evening with our name on it from McShan's. The funeral is this morning at 11 AM. We need to have a LARGE Peace Lilly delivered to Golden Gate by 9:15 AM today before they leave with the deceased at 9:30 - again with a red & black ribbon. You may pickup your smaller plant when you deliver the one that we intended to send. Thank you, Ida Mills 214 374-6319

Nothing like I ordered. Was not happy with the arrangement. McShan took the order back to shop and I cancelled the order. I understand if they don't have all the flowers but it didn't look at all like the picture. Very disappointed!

Roses are fully opened when I received, I hope they last at least a few days. These are my FAV roses ever.
