This is not what I ordered. Plus it came with fruit which I didn't order. The arrangement was delivered as scheduled, but again, not the flowers I wanted based on your website!

Im very disappointed in the plant sent vs what the picture looked like I ordered from This plant looks wilted and very small and the ribbon was supposed to be pink. The one in picture was much more lush and taller plants.

Not at all what I ordered! Should have beautiful orchids in the arrangement! You were highly recommended, but this looks like something from the grocery store! For $165?? I spoke with Carrie...very nice and will try to help me too!

The arrangement in the picture does not have many flowers and looks to have too much greenery. The greenery looks to serve as filler since the roses and other vibrant flowers are missing. Does not look like the image on the webpage which is what I thought

Ordered flowers 5/7 in the early AM to be delivered after lunch on 5/8. It is now after 5 PM and not delivered yet!!!! Not at all happy !!!go n ally delivered after 6 PM.

It looks nothing like what I order. I order the telaflora PINK and PEACH. Where is the pink and peach. The bouquet looks predominately white and that's not what I wanted or paid for. You guys really let me down with this one.

Flowers were delivered to the wrong Apartment #. 1224 instead of 1223. Fortunately the neighbor was nice enough to take over to my Mother. I'm very disappointed ☹️

I've sent this fruit basket several times before and there were definitely a few MORE fruit prior to this order. Doesn't even look as full as the website picture.
