I am disappointed. Why didn't you use the orange lilies that went with the orange container. This arrangement to me looks depressing. Not cheerful greeting at all. Looks dull and cheap.

I'd asked for roses and hydrangeas to be included. This doesn't look like a 125 arrangement! Disappointed.

I am so disappointed..have gotten Beautiful flowers from McShan. Few flowers for $70. Arrangement..mostly greenery..dark red..Rose's not long lasting..to me arrangement is sparse and dark ..certainly not bright and cheerful. So disappointed...not McShans

I would have prefers a more founded top plant as in your photo on line. This is pretty scraggly. I've used your florist many years & this very much is disappointing. I'm going to go to a nursery next time. Or take her another .

My mother never received her arrangement. It was left outside of the office at Autumn Leaves. Not very happy and I don't believe I should be charged for it.

This is not what I ordered. Plus it came with fruit which I didn't order. The arrangement was delivered as scheduled, but again, not the flowers I wanted based on your website!

Im very disappointed in the plant sent vs what the picture looked like I ordered from This plant looks wilted and very small and the ribbon was supposed to be pink. The one in picture was much more lush and taller plants.

Not at all what I ordered! Should have beautiful orchids in the arrangement! You were highly recommended, but this looks like something from the grocery store! For $165?? I spoke with Carrie...very nice and will try to help me too!
