This is the third request for rating, and the third time I have said I was very disappointed in bouquet delivered. It looks nothing like what I ordered.

I have just spoken to Roda and I am not pleased with how the arrangement looks. It looks more long than round and flowers are skempy. Also, I would like to add a ribbon pink or lavender that says We Love You

The picture was vibrate off the website. Very elegant. We paid to get the biggest arrangement offered. The actual picture sent seemed smaller and dull. This was for a funeral of a very special 91 year old great aunt. It's not what I thought I was ordering
