I hope these aren't the replacement dozen roses I am currently waiting for to be delivered within the next 15 minutes. They shipped the wrong ones on Wed. I ordered a dozen red roses and upgraded to the premium for $140 and they sent 8 pink roses with red

This is not what I wanted. This looks terrible and not worth what I paid. It looks like something a child would have done. Very disappointed. 8173290012. This is not the quality of work we have received in the past 20 years. I will not order from mcshan

Looks nothing like the photo that I ordered from. Also, they failed to deliver on time for Valentine's day. Will be asking for a refund and will be looking for another florist from now on.

it is 6 pm and the flowers have not been delivered. I spent almost$400 on 3 orders. One was a day late, the other 2 did not get delivered at all. I want a refund. I have been a customer for almost a decade, but I will not use you again.

Horrible. Deliver was super late, was told it would be delivered before 5pm didn't arrive until near 6 o'clock. Amy helped out by contacting the driver for me, but once delivered there were missing items. Unbelievable. Won't be a returning customer not re

Flowers look good but really disappointed on delivery time, 5 min before wife goes home. What's the point of ordering 2 days early. I could have saved $ and waited till she got home to give her flowers.

I paid for 6 roses and got 5 and the arrangement look like it was just thrown together.. and I spent 180$ , not what I would expect for a place such as McShann florist , I pay a premium to get a premium service and then when I called to talk to some one

Hopefully they look better than that in person. I paid $255 for this. My order last year was cheaper in price. And extremely beautiful.

I fail to understand why when ordering online why you have a comment box. No suggestions I provided were implemented nor are there any plants only flowers. If additional funding was required for plants, then after providing comments in the designated box

The arrangement was an embarrassment to give to me son and his family. For the price their comment was that it was a nice vase. I have asked them to find another florist near Allen.
