Barbara, This order was to be delivered by 3pm. Our driver arrived at the location to deliver to the recipient at 2:50. We did get this delivered in the requested perameter. We understood you were upset and we wanted to get this delivered to the recipient, so we offered to pick the arrangements up and deliver to the recipient's home address. You were not happy with this, so I suggested taking a percentage off your order. You agreed to us getting the recipient two fresh arrangements first thing this morning along with a note of apology to resolve this. We tried to make you happy because you are a loyal customer, we are so sorry we disappointed you. We have cancelled your order per your request. We hope your daughter enjoys the two arrangements!
