This looks nothing like the picture on your web site. You should indicate that the picture on the web site reflects the 'premium' version. I feel very deceived.

I ordered (Youngblood) for Ballenger. It was suppose to be a fall/ autumn- Thanksgiving arrangement. Indefinitely don't think this is autumn arrangement. Definitely not your best work. I will try to make wishes known next time.

That is the lamest spring flower arrangement I've ever seen ! I would have been better off going by the Tom Thumb and buying the $12 bouquet. I'm embarrassed to say I bought these - and that I paid extra for stargazers ! You guys totally dropped the ball

Disappointed! I expected a better arrangement for the cost of this spray. There are not enough flowers for the price. Very few carnations, roses. Do not like other red flower used. Looks sparsely decorated.

Horrible! Never had this problem before, has been a long time card holder here. Placed order for 6 roses & only received 5. With a confirmation email showing only 5 roses. Simple mistakes like this should be addressed before leaving for delivery.
